Not unlike the Goldilocks fairy tale, the third agency were just right! Knowing a beloved parent is in good hands, bought us peace of mind. The Radfield team of carers in the Marlow/Bucks area went above and beyond our expectations in delivering excellent care. One of the reasons the care was so successful was the manager, who onboarded dad and set up the care remained part of the care package. She trained the carers in situ to specifically meet my dad's needs and regularly checked in with us as a family. She truly understood dad's needs and preferences and set a high bar for her team to deliver to. Whilst each carer had their own personality, they all delivered a consistently excellent standard of care. They prepared home-cooked meals, kept the house clean and spotless and stayed on top of the laundry. They engaged with our dad socially, took him out for walks and shopping. I 100% recommend Radfield Care.
My main carer has been a great help in sorting things out, like problems with my boiler.
I found everyone very amicable.
Radfield Agency keeps a close eye on me and looks after my every wish. The carers are lovely people and very helpful indeed.
It was an ideal opportunity for me to reflect on the service we received from Radfield and to express my appreciation. I look forward to the daily (not Sunday) visit and am happy to welcome all our carers into our home. We appreciate that we only have three and that they are all considerate, conscientious and excellent professionals.

I knew as soon as I made the initial call to Radfield Home Care and met initially with a member of staff that we were in very safe hands. We needed support for my mum to cover our recent holiday and cannot thank all the lovely, professional staff enough. Everything worked like clockwork while we were away - the lovely staff visited my mum, as per the rota - all so reliable, friendly, professional and willing to help in any way. My mum loved seeing everyone. The app was very useful too! We had a lovely holiday and it was such a relief to have the peace of mind that we could rely on Radfield. I will not hesitate to contact Radfield again when we need further help. We certainly recommend Radfield with no hesitation at all and cannot thank you all enough.

Mum has had excellent care from all the staff and carers from the Radfield. She became increasingly frail early this year which subsequently resulted in Mum having to go to hospital. The staff noticed this decline and were in the process of dealing with it but as the decline was rapid Mum went into hospital. They acted with great care and professionalism. They have also been very accommodating with changes in the care rotas while waiting for Mum to come home. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I was in need of some support for my mum and was absolutely delighted to find the team at Radfield, South Bucks. From the initial visit by the supervisor, the support from the member of staff in the office and of course the care provided by the carer we felt supported throughout. The overall approach has felt one of kindness and empathy both to Mum and me at what has been a challenging time. Unfortunately events overtook us and Mum has needed a more permanent care solution but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team.
The staff team at Redfield have been caring for my husband who has dementia for nearly 18 months. They have all been very professional and supportive. We have benefited from their experience with both their advice and suggestions, flexibility from both sides working together in my husband's best interests. Nothing too much trouble whatever the day brings. They are both patient, encouraging and get the best out of my husband. A willingness to come at all costs even when access is very challenging e.g through high water/flooding.
We have used Radfield since July 2022 and always been satisfied. Minor issues have always been quickly resolved. Highly recommended.
A fabulous day's entertainment for my mum and all the other attendees. Activities, care and socialising with kindness and enthusiasm. I spent time with the group sheltering from the rain last week, along with dogs and grandchildren. I could see the improved mood and engagement in everyone by the end when I came to collect my mum. I only wish there were more of them.

Radfield Home Care have been visiting my aunt for over a year and have made such a difference to my life. The carers are patient and kind, keeping an eye on everything including her cats and feeding the birds. All the staff, including the office staff are very supportive and communication is excellent. I am off on holiday this week and know that my aunt will be in safe hands and well looked after. Thank you all very much.
We have had Radfield Home Care attend to both Mum and Dad's needs, particularly around mealtimes, for more than a year now. Everything about their provision has been completely first-class, from telephone interaction, email correspondence, planning, service execution and follow-up. On occasions when small difficulties have arisen, often for reasons not their making, Radfield have been quick to attend, creative in suggestive solutions and have listened and responded exactly as needed. We have recently needed to increase cover up to four visits daily and the assessment of need and response has been exemplary. But, what really sets them apart is their care staff. When providing a complex service need, it can be easy to overlook the quality, but Radfield absolutely and completely care.
Very good company. Although would prefer a phone call if a carer is going to be late.
Very pleased with the reaction to changes of circumstances and needs. No complaints.
I have found all your carers to be kind, thoughtful, professional and friendly. My only slight criticism is that on two occasions the carers arrived one hour earlier than I had been told, which disrupted my schedule as that was my afternoon off! A call to advise me of a change to the rota would have been helpful. Otherwise, I have been very satisfied.
