View Full Details of Healing Hands CareThe carers provided an excellent service for my mum, who had dementia, was bed-bound, nonverbal and deaf. Couldn't have wished for a better service. Mum lived along a country lane, and when it was snowing the girls even walked to care for her. Thank you.
This is the third provider I have been allocated, in the last 2 years. The previous care providers were only moderate at best, with many issues and service problems. My care was changed after I contacted social services and expressed my dissatisfaction with the previous providers. Thankfully, my experience with Healing Hands has proven to be significantly superior than with the other providers. Although my care package is relatively small, involving just a single daily visit, the reduction in my stress level has been noted by those around me and I attribute this wholly to not having the stress of worrying about the issues associated with the previous 2 companies!
The Healing Hands team have worked with my mum for a little while now. The carers are very good with my mum, they are patient, friendly and take care of Mum’s needs and are approachable. My not living nearby is difficult for me, but it is good that I feel able to contact them and that they are able to contact me with any concerns/questions about Mum.
Have worked with me and Mum to their absolute best considering our personal circumstances, couldn't have hoped for kinder, more patient and more understanding ladies. We are very happy with the various ladies, and the amount of effort put into understanding and providing for Mum's needs while she has such a complex and changeable disease, It's no easy job for anyone.
Healing Hands Care care for my father who requires live in care due to multiple strokes. The staff cannot be more helpful and caring. The carers work one week on and one week off and both teams are simply wonderful.
My dad receives personal care of a morning getting up, washed and ready for the day ahead. The carers are very nice, he’s hard of hearing and I think sometimes might struggle to hear what they are saying but they get on with it, his skin is very delicate, they have to handle him with care. I can hear them laughing from the bathroom. So I feel that they give him the care that is needed. They are very nice to him and treat him with respect. I am very satisfied with the care he receives.
Healing Hands has taken on the care of my mother in her own home, something they are new too. They have done it because my mother was so happy with her carers and the service. It was a great act of kindness to take such a priority on and I am very grateful.
