View Full Details of Premier Community - ErewashMy mum will be 102 in April it was difficult for me to trust anyone to help look after her. Premier as made the trust easy. From making inquirys over the phone across the board but most of all the carers, the ladies are amazing nothing is too much trouble and my mum loves them all.
Our carers are polite and professional all ways willing to go that extra mile when we contact our senior about any issues she always comes out and what ever the problem is she sorts it out excellent value for money and a excellent team. Thank you for your hard work. From our family.
My mum has been receiving care from Premier Community for a couple of years now since she was diagnosed with Alzheimers. My mum loves each and every carer that attends and I feel reassured that my mum is happy and receiving suitable care for her needs. To top it off, at the end of last year, my dad was also diagnosed with Alzheimers. My dad isn't requiring care currently but all the carers check in on him too to make sure he is okay too and always report back if they have any concerns. If there is anything I need to ask, I can always count on the manager to pick anything up. I can't fault the staff here and can't thank them enough.
Dad has both personal care and cleaning support, and for both services I must say the standards are extremely high in all respects. There are very few issues and none to mention with most carers going above and beyond. I would like to commend a few members of staff who are so good with Dad; and two more staff members who are not only caring and sympathetic to his needs but are seen by Dad as good friends who take the time to do their utmost for him, even if on occasions he does not appear to be appreciative of it. In respect of the management, I want the best for Dad and sometimes request changes to his care, his medication, the visit regime, timings of visits etc. but nothing is too difficult or too much for the team especially the manager who should be commended for her help and assistance to me since we switched to Premier so time ago.
Our gran/mum is looked after very well from all the carers. Gran has said to the family that she is looked after and all the girls are very nice. Any issues raised, we have spoken to the manager and they have dealt with the matter quickly.
On the whole, my experience has been very good - my only reservation regards timing, in particular, my evening visit which is often between 8:00 and 8:30, earlier than I would like.
I have been happy with the care my husband has received, friendly and helpful carers and would like to keep to the same people. I think you can have a better experience and relate to regular carers.
Since having carers, they have always been professional and they show their respect for my wishes. They always leave my home neat and tidy as I would leave it myself if I could. My regular carers for above and beyond to make sure I am happy.
The staff are really excellent! They treat me with respect and let me do things independently and assist me when needed. Great service and great staff.
I have found this service very good. The carers are very friendly and helpful.
Overall the care package that Premier Community provide is excellent and I would highly recommend them. They have a caring nature, always smile add give a helping hand.
My carers are always polite and pleasant. It's the first time I have had carers so I have no other service to compare them to but they always treat me with respect and are very thoughtful to my needs. They always treat me with kindness, goodwill and are very professional in what they do. I sincerely appreciate the service that my carers provide for me, they are not just my carers but I regard them as my friends. Very well done and very kind regards to my carers, and for Premier Community for proving me with your lovely service.
Highly impressed by the responsivity of the management of Premier Community. We have a fiercely independent 97-year-old Godmother who is quite challenging, in that she is finding it difficult to accept that she needs support, and no longer has the ability to give reliable answers to relatively straightforward questions. The manager has been superb and doesn't just listen to information about our Godmother and her current needs, but inputs those suggestions immediately so that the various carers can feel more confident that they can be effective. Also a valuable resource for answers about practical things, such as sweets which can assist elderly people who are at risk of becoming dehydrated. Very reassuring. Please thank the carers for all their hard work.
We have been very impressed by the care package which has been provided. The services they offer were far more than we originally expected and the care given has changed as Dad regained strength and his ability to self-care. It has been so reassuring to know that someone was calling in regularly through the day to ensure that he was safe and well and to provide him with food and drinks whilst he was unable to get these for himself. Originally they had to shower and dress him as well as prepare meals and prompt him to take his medication and do his physio exercises. As he regains the use of his broken arm they have been prepared to simply ensure that he has been able to manage these things himself. At times they must have wondered why they needed to call but simply having someone there to ask if he's ok and make him a hot drink is reassurance to us and so valuable to the family. The package of care has been free of charge to date but as a family, we would be more than happy to pay.
I have been very happy with all carers. They have been helpful and caring. I have no complaints. I have had many different carers each efficient nothing was missed and nothing was too much trouble. I would book this company again.
My father has been cared for by the Premier care team over the last two and a half years with increasing amounts of care being needed as he has become increasingly frail. He has always been treated with immense respect and dignity and always looked forward to the visits from his carers, particularly over the last year with the covid situation. They became his friends and did everything that was required and more.
Very satisfied. Carers are always helpful and very friendly.
So far so good. I have found the care to be excellent. The staff are most willing to help.
Carers are all very pleasant and helpful. They treat my husband with dignity and care. My husband enjoys meeting and getting to know the carers, particularly during lockdown. Continuity of care is an issue at the moment and a bit of a worry due to Covid 19.
All carers were considerate, kind and professional. I particularly appreciated the punctual arrival of my final carer as I had a subsequent appointment to keep.
