I had the pleasure of meeting one of the carers just on an off chance on Saturday, I've seen a few previously, they have all been lovely. But what a kind, compassionate lady, very thorough in her role. I was very impressed with how she treated my mother-in-law, in regards to hygiene and dignity. Even though my mother was insisting she didn't need it. The carer's encouragement and friendly manner confirmed in fact it was needed. She didn't just accept all was ok, but actually checked herself. Well done to this carer, what a beautiful caring person you showed yourself to be.

I just wanted to say a thank you to all of you that cared for my grandma in her last weeks. You truly were amazing and I just wish she would have had the time to get to know you all, she'd have loved all your company.

I cannot express highly enough my esteem for the carers who attend my wife on a regular basis. Their demeanour is impressive. OK, they are just doing a job, but it's how they do it that counts. And they do it with care and compassion and with that personal touch. It's like having a friend pop in for a chat. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Compassionate, caring and professional staff who established warm and effective personal relationships with my wife - always willing to go the extra mile. Regular contact with the administration side maintained a willingness to listen and respond. Sincere thanks to all who made this chapter in her life such a memorable success.

Mom and the family cannot praise the staff at My Homecare Halifax enough, going above and beyond the call of duty. Mom looks forward to seeing their smiling faces, the caring words and the laughter they bring every day. They are very professional and always on hand to listen and help. Big thank you.

I cannot thank Homecare enough on behalf of my dad and the rest of my family for the amazing way in which these carers looked after my mum in her final few months. There are not enough words to describe the kindness and efficiency we witnessed, and not only that, the friendship that blossomed between these ladies and my mum. They went above and beyond the call of duty to support not only mum but the rest of the family too. Two members of staff, in particular, were outstanding with the care and friendship they delivered. We truly cannot thank you all enough.

My mum used My Homecare (Halifax) for a year and a half before she passed. The staff were very good at their job and the care they gave her was excellent, any queries I wanted to discuss I could, day or night, contact the managers as they were always available and eager to help. If the care had not been so good I do think my mum would have passed a lot sooner, and so I just want to thank all the team for everything you did for her.
