This has been a difficult period in time as no one likes to see their mother’s health rapidly deteriorate. However, finding ‘ABClivein Care’ has made a difficult process a lot easier. The manager has been very supportive and has been extremely professional in selecting a live-in carer for my mother. Two members of staff in particular have been fantastic and quickly became part of the family as they supported my mother's needs 24/7, they are kind and very caring. I know when I leave her, she is in capable hands. I would highly recommend this company and their services to others.

What a wonderful organisation. I receive care from ABClivein Care since February 2019 and I am extremely satisfied with the service. Carers are very professional and caring. Are treating me with dignity and respect. They are working well with my family, doctors and other professionals in my best interest, management team is very responsive and effective and always stepping in when I need them. I will give them five stars as are deserving. Thank you, ABC.

My experience with ABClivein Care is hugely positive. Everyone is so hard worker, sympathetic and nice character. The company always listen and helps with all I need. Lovely company and lovely staff.

The carers are very understanding of my needs. My needs are all met. The carers go beyond the call of duty. If I have to call the office and arrange an earlier call because of hospital appointments whoever I speak to is very helpful. I would recommend ABClivein Care to anyone who needed care. I am more than happy I was referred to them by social services.

We have been fortunate enough to receive care from ABC Carers since February 2022. During this time our family member has sadly become increasingly disabled. Our carers always give 100% attention to all needs. They often offer suggestions for better comfort or apparatus to be requested which will facilitate this comfort. They are always polite, respectful and observant. They afford our family member the greatest respect. Any queries to head office are dealt with efficiently and swiftly. Our carers bring laughter and joy into what could be a very sad situation. I would highly recommend this home care provider and the whole family agree that they are first-class. Thank you, ABC.

We were very happy with ABClivein Care. The carers were very really lovely and understanding. Contact with the care company was easy and any issues were dealt with professionally and quickly. I would recommend ABClivein Care.

The standard of care has been excellent, they understand the needs of my wife who unfortunately has been unable to perform many basic tasks for herself. They carry out all duties in a very caring and friendly manner. Thank you.

I have been looked after by ABClivein Care since 2021. They have shared with me the many times I went to hospital and then back home. I have Multiple sclerosis and over the last three years I have had many urinary tract infections, covid, septicaemia and pneumonia, my bedridden body is going to take a slow long process to be more independent. The carers are very gentle and professional. They have been there from the beginning, when I couldn't function very well, to hopefully seeing a little success with the physio exercises and movement now. I was at breaking point a few times after being affected by the illnesses and their love and care have been a great and needed positive thing in my life and to many others the company cares for. Thank you to everyone!

The carers are reliable and do a great job. They are friendly and always have a laugh and a bit of fun but treat my father with great dignity and respect making each visit a pleasure. Keep up the good work.

Over the past 18 months I have been the main carer for my husband working alongside the carers from ABC. They have provided all the support I have needed in an extremely compassionate and caring way. My husband had had Parkinson's for many years and his difficulties more recently had required a lot of understanding from his carers. ABC carers were all able to encourage him to keep some of his independence and dignity. I was fortunate to have had equipment in place for hoisting my husband from bed to wheelchair and all the carers had been well-trained to handle all the equipment safely. Sadly my husband lost his battle with Parkinson's a month ago but right up until the last few days of his life ABC carers carried on their duties in a sympathetic manner while at the same time giving me tremendous support and I can't thank them enough for that.

My father is disabled with dementia. My mother has dementia also. I cannot thank the carers enough for the professionalism and kindness shown to my father and my mother. They go beyond their call of duty and I’m bowled over by how kind and caring you are and by your patience shown to my parents. The support they give me is incredible. I never thought in 12 years of caring for my parents, people out there existed who genuinely care for their patients. A huge thank you to our carers, both of you are amazing. I feel so very grateful for your hard relentless work daily, you come here four times a day with a smile, without being intrusive - what a perfect team you are. They have super back up from ABC to make this all work. Bravo. I more than highly recommend this team, without hesitation.
