I have been using ACE Care Agency for some years now and I am very happy with the service that they provided for me. They’re always respectful to me and where I live. Always have an empathetic look at my well-being. Very reliable and always arrive when they’re supposed to. They’re always patient with me as independent as possible and encourage me to do things for myself where I want to and it’s safe to do so. They’re very bubbly. They’re very observant and make sure that anything that is out of the ordinary is reported and acted upon. They’re very caring.

The staff and management of ACE Care are highly professional. Always looking after my daughter with good care, respect and dignity. Always adjusting timings accordingly with client needs. I will recommend these caregivers.

Knowing and using the services of ACE Care, was the best thing that ever happened to me. The high quality of service and care they give to my son, put my mind at peace when I'm away from home. They are all highly professional, loving and caring; and always deal with my queries and questions with clarity and professionalism. The carer is always punctual and reliable. He is very patient, loving, caring, kind and understanding towards my son's needs. His friendly and caring nature makes my son feel comfortable around him. I will recommend ACE Care to anyone who needs their services.

We are still enjoying great service from ACE Care. After over a year now. The carers are great and very patient with my son and he is happy. They are always on time and eager to respond in any emergency that arises even in my home.

I had the carer for a week and in that time she was punctual, very friendly, clean, related well with others, helpful, looked after my daughter very well, and was attentive to details. I was very pleased with her conduct. I will definitely have her again.

Excellent communication and service provided. ACE was able to arrange care for me at very short notice and at times when the carer could not have attended, they swiftly supplied a suitable alternative.

My son is 22 years old and he attends regular respite care at one of Ace Care's Supported Living Accommodations. I can confidently say that I am very pleased with the services being provided for my son due to the below reasons: - The manager is mostly on-site and is approachable. -The staff are caring and friendly. -The staff promotes service user's independence. -Staff provide dignified care. -They strive to improve their services daily. -Staff are good in providing stimulation and engaging service user in activities. -The communication with family is fantastic. My son had never left home prior to starting with Ace Care, I was very anxious when he first started with Ace Care, however, Ace Care was able to reassure me until my son gradually settled. Now that my son is settled, I am happy. I would therefore rate Ace Care as the best. Thank you.

Very professional in all their dealings with clients and their families. Reliable, punctual, and competent staff, always available when needed. Staff have very good listening and strong communication skills. Excellent time management skills.
