View Full Details of Sure Healthcare (Hull)Absolutely amazing service from the whole team, prompt, friendly and supportive every visit! We only used the service at very short notice for some respite care over the Christmas holidays to support my mother after having some surgery. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for care and wouldn't hesitate in engaging with them again in the future!
I only needed the post-operation service very short term, but the service was responsive, timely and fully able to meet my needs. The carers were both friendly and used full PPE. They understood my needs and were able to meet them. My contact with the managers/office staff was efficient and helpful.
Had a lot of different carers, which is not ideal. Some better than others, which will always be the case. Family leave notes, but not always read. Carers not signing to say care plan been read? Carers seem to be friendly enough. So basically, average care.
I was impressed when I phoned Sure Healthcare that they wanted to see me before starting. Great start. I was given a list of carers by my social worker - I had six weeks after a hospital stay. The Care Co-ordinator came over and we had a talk about my care and a plan was agreed and carers started the following Monday. I am now in my sixth week and highly satisfied with the carers who as time goes on become friends. Very efficient and organised and a bright light in my day. Owing to my health problems, I am still isolating except from my family and three others!
