Mum has been looked after by her team very well. Although I haven’t met them personally they seem to know what she likes. They always contact me if she has a problem and let me know if they will be a bit late. Overall mum seems very happy with the friendly and caring girls.

The team has been looking after dad for about 18-months now. Dad struggled to accept that he needed care and still does, but the team are sensitive to his needs. They support him to continue to be as independent as possible, whilst supporting him to continue to live at home. Communication is very good, and they continually update me, whilst taking the initiative to contact outside services when needed. Dad loves his huge cooked breakfasts!

Service provided takes into consideration my mum and her overall welfare. The staff are very courteous, polite and respectful towards my mum at all times and when there are concerns regarding my mum's condition the care service provides me with daily text alerts to bring this to my attention.
