View Full Details of Diversity Health and Social Care Bow BranchMy support by the carers has been excellent. The care agency has been excellent.
The service I received is very helpful to my requirements. Anytime I contact the office they treat me with respect and deal with any issues I may have. The carers I receive are really amazing. I am happy with the service from the care agency.
Excellent no problems. The carers that I have are brilliant. My main carer comes every day except on a Tuesday.
Diversity Care Services - we have been with this care service for over 3 years and this year 2025 will be our 4th. I can honestly say it has been a few ups and downs getting things right to suit my mother's needs, but I do think we have got there now. So for the last 12 months, we have been very satisfied with Diversity, and their dedicated staff, especially the young lady who has been with us right from the start. Keep up the good work and keep listening to your clients.
Very good.
All staff are very respectful towards my husband they are very great towards him.
The carers my dad has are very good polite and caring. I cannot fault them.
I cannot praise Diversity Health and Social Care Bow Branch enough. The care that my mum had over two years has been nothing short of amazing. Care has been thorough and consistent, following a care plan, ensuring that care plans are updated as and when - incredible. They do what they say they are going to do. Diversity Bow have always acted as a highly professional organisation. The systems are solid, consistent and it is clear they work well. Communication is key to most things, a certain person, does this exceptionally well. The co-ordinator is a very special person. His sunny disposition has always made such a difference whilst navigating changes necessary for my mum. I cannot praise the co-ordination of care, the speedy approach to all changes and the diligence to ensure that the care was reviewed and checked upon. Response times for requests are immediate, the help they give to navigate support from external agencies is commendable. Thank you so much.
Carers are changed quite often. The quality of training is questionable, had a few carers who had no idea of what to do. Luckily we were visiting, I had to explain to them what to do. People who man the office need telephone training, very rude and nothing gets done if requested, asked for an additional carer as mum was under palliative care. The office failed to respond, told by email not enough funding in place. Diversity is putting money first, and care later. One carer's idea of a shower was to pour 3 bowls of water over mum which left mum traumatised for days. She was 96 at the time and since that went downhill and passed away 3 weeks after the event. Diversity must be the worst care company in the East End. Poor Care - Bad training, avoid if possible, will never recommend this company to anyone.
Can only trust certain carers who will do a good job. The coordinating from the office is diabolical. Try to change hours, very rude when speaking. There is a language barrier throughout conversations. Office staff are confrontational.
This agency is the worst agency I have ever had. The management sends carers whatever time suits them not me as agreed. They rush out or just sit downstairs. Their English is poor and those that speak English don’t understand my requests. They treat me roughly and make my life a misery.
