View Full Details of Aston Home Care LtdVery pleased with the service received all staff very polite, caring and professional.
Absolutely atrocious service. Not one of their carers can understand basic English. Their notes are ridiculous and horribly inaccurate. No one in their office pays any attention to concerns raised and have already been reported to the CQC.
The carers are amazing. They have helped with my independence and help me live a normal life.
The carers are good and they give me a service with respect and dignity. I am happy with care company.
Always on time and do a very good job for my wife.
Aston Home Care workers are both friendly and professional in their care of my husband. They are all very polite to me. We welcome them all into our home anytime.
Aston Home Care has cared for my husband in a very caring and personal way. He is treated in a respectful way and they are very aware of his special needs and problems. He enjoys them coming in.
Excellent carers, brilliant care and attention. Always polite, happy, smiling, nothing is too much trouble for them.
The carer who comes gives excellent service to my husband with dementia. He comes faithfully and has a gentle, kind manner.
From day one, all staff have been pleasant and respectful to my husband and myself and have carried out their duties in a caring manner.
A very good, reliable, friendly service. The carers are respectful and take care of my relative. They are very helpful and go the extra mile to provide a great experience. I would recommend using this company.
I am very happy with the services. Carers are well trained and they adhere to the time schedule. My husband is very happy with the services of the company, I would highly recommend this company, they have made our living at home much more convenient.
Times when carer is able to attend do vary. This can be problematic for other members of the household. This can be understandable when the carer has other clients but can create difficulties in the household. As the wife of the client, it is difficult to deal with changes in carers. It would be appreciated if changes could be kept to a minimum. Also if a big change in time is expected each morning, could be advised by telephone as early as possible.
The service I receive is well balanced and caters for all emergencies.
I am fully satisfied with the care and with the carers who attend to my needs. I appreciate the contact with someone every morning and evening, it is so friendly and so nice to be able to have a chat, as otherwise, I would not have company every day. I only see my daughter and son-in-law once a week. Therefore my heartfelt appreciation is profound, thank you all for your support.
My partner who is 90 left hospital early in the year and I became her carer. Although I am now 97 I am active but I asked Aston Care to supply a carer for an hour every morning to get her showered and dressed, ready for the day. The service was perfect but ended when she returned to hospital for a month. She came home unable to walk or go upstairs with a hospital bed in the lounge. The NHS provided 2 carers 4 times a day who were excellent nurses but they arrived at any time that suited their overstretched company, twice at nearly 11 pm! Now we pay Aston Home Care to provide the same service and we are very happy again, the girls come at the required times. They are always happy, optimistic, caring and looking for helpful things they can do, even volunteering to do jobs for me if they have time. They are all full of fun but respectful and the house often rings with laughter. I can phone their management at any time day or night, who are always helpful.
Mum has been with Aston Home Care for 12 months now. Care services to Woodseaves are few and far between, so I am extremely grateful that I found this company. Mum is seen by a different number of carers, both male and female, who are all very kind and mindful of Mum's needs. Mum has been unable to walk for some 18 months now, which is very frustrating for her, so just having someone to pop in 4 times a day to see to her needs is a godsend. The staff are always on hand and ensure that her medication is ordered and collected for me. Without Aston Home Care Mum would not have been able to stay in her home of 70 years.
The ladies who come to care for me are all lovely. They do their job with sensitivity and a smile - they make me laugh.
As soon as Aston Care took over my care from the previous company it's been a breath of fresh air since the first carer came to see me. Very caring and helpful, and very efficient including the office staff. I have not had care before but I have found it extremely helpful and a necessity. No problems worth reporting and long may we continue.
Really pleased with the care given to my father. The staff are caring and attentive. Always asking what additional tasks need doing to ensure my father is comfortable and extremely well cared for. All staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.
