My husband has gone into full-time care this month but for the past few months, we have had the benefit of services of Fen Homecare which have been excellent. Having regular carers was just perfect as they go to know my husband and his ways and he got used to them and wasn't upset by having different people each time to see to him. On the regular carer's day off it was almost always the same person who stood in for him and this continuity was very much appreciated. The carers were very kind, thoughtful, patient and friendly, and was a pleasure to get to know them and I cannot speak too highly of their attitude and assistance which was very supportive for me and nothing was too much trouble. They reflected the Company's high standards and were a credit to them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs assistance. Thank you Fen Homecare for your help it was so very much appreciated at a difficult time.

The care my mother received was the best anyone could have wished for. They were so kind, caring and fulfilled every need that she needed. They were lovely to the family around my mother. They became part of our family and we will miss them. I cannot recommend more highly this company as a whole and the fantastic carers we met. Don't hesitate to use them if help and total support is needed. Thank you for being there.

From the minute we met the Fen Homecare team it was obvious that the centre of their care was the client. Genuine affection and respect shone through. Our Mum was treated as an individual and a care package created to suit her specific needs. They also displayed care and compassion for all the family. I felt they treated Mum as they would their own family.

Only been with Fen Homecare for over one week but find all staff very professional, friendly and most of all kind and accommodating.

The care is good, but we asked for 1/2 hour each way, often is later than 9.30am, so would prefer it if they came earlier.

Fen Homecare provides carers for my husband who is an invalid and confined to bed. They are caring, hard-working, reliable and completely trustworthy. Above all, they are kind. He looks forward to their visits and I know he is safe in their hands.

This company really is different to the rest. I have a carer call every morning and have now met a number of their carers. All of them are amazing. The company works hard to give you continuity with one or two carers but obviously, there are days when they have time off so it is important to feel comfortable with the whole team. Everyone I have met is helpful, kind and very supportive. I have found that everyone has really listened to what I want and need and has tried to work with me. It is a happy team that is well led which you can feel in the care that is provided. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and this company is worth every penny that you spend.

I have nothing but praise for Fen HomeCare. My 94-year-old mum has used its services since April of this year to help her with washing, dressing, etc. All the carers that Mum has seen have been reliable, friendly, gentle and caring. They have never once let us down and they all work extremely hard.

We have been very pleased with the care and attention given recently by the team at Fen HomeCare Ltd to my 89 year old mother. After coming out of hospital after about 10 weeks they came in 3 times a day and helped her make good progress. They were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We wish them well in the future.

I have always found fen Homecare carers very friendly and caring. They make Mum feel special and treat her with great respect and dignity. They are quick to alert us to any concerns or issues and always arrive in the given time slot. I would recommend them.

I am extremely happy with my carer. He is happy to help me with whatever he can, whether that is to assist me in getting dressed, having a shower or taking the dog for a walk. He is very easy to talk to and I really enjoy his company, which is a definite bonus.

Very friendly carers willing to go out of their way to help and do what's required. Always on time. Very good with paperwork and keeping a log of what they do and what the client is wearing.

I come across here to write about these wonderful people which changed my life for the better, making me feel safe in my own home. Fen Homecare had been presented to me when I was in hospital like a normal care company, When I arrived home and my care started I’ve seen a real difference regarding how good I am treated, let to have choices which is the most important to me. I will recommend Fen HomeCare to everyone who needs help and want to stay independent in their own home.
