I contacted Holistic Care Services with a view to providing care for my sister in law, who at nearly 84 has become quite frail. We had a family meeting with HCS in my sisters home and we all felt very comfortable and confident in asking them to take care of her. This was based on their knowledge warmth and humour, which I knew would suit my sister. We have not been with them very long and I suppose time will tell, but my sister has gone from not wanting any help at all to looking forward to the carers coming in. The carers report anything that is of concern to them to their office and they in turn report back to us. This gives myself and my husband great comfort as we live and hour and half away.

My mother in law, myself and my husband are all extremely happy with the care provided by Holistic Care Services. The office staff are very professional and are always happy to help whenever we have any questions or queries. The communication is second to none and I am really thankful we chose Holistic. The carers are very friendly and have clearly had a lot of training. Thank you for everything you do but most importantly thanks for looking after my mother in law with so much care.

Both Mum and I have been thrilled with the care provided by Holistic Care Services. The carers have been exemplary, as have the management who really made us feel heard. Everyone went that extra mile to ensure all our needs were met and I would have no hesitation in recommending Holistic to anyone else seeking a care provider.

My mother has been very well looked after by your staff, has no complaints. The staff have always been supportive and understanding, she has never said anything negative about the staff, they are friendly and very kind.

Holistic have amazing, very caring staff who have always been very nice to my parents. They come in and do their work with no problems at all. Special mention to a particular member of staff who really goes the extra mile and thinks out of the box. Well done to all.

Holistic care has been brilliant and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs that extra support. We went with holistic as a temporary thing, on short notice and were very pleased with how things were handled.

Very professional and reliable service from day one. We first had an introduction meeting where all my son's needs were discussed very thoroughly. The support given to my son was reliable and consistent with the same 2 members of staff throughout our time with holistic care. The two carers were great guys who totally respected our home and gave fantastic support to my son. I would highly recommend Holistic Care and will definitely use it again for my son's care in the future.

We engaged Holistic Care (which at the time was Radfield Home Care) to come to my parent's home twice a day to help with my Dad's morning and evening routines. His mobility and cognitive function were poor but the excellent staff at Holistic Care were very patient and skilled in their interactions with him and enabled him to remain living at home with Mum for a further 12 twelve months before requiring residential care. The team members built a great relationship with my Dad and Holistic Care's management team were professional, and caring and showed very good attention to detail. They were great at keeping my Mum informed if changes to the service were expected for whatever reason.

Holistic Care cared for our mum who lived at home with our dad for 3 and a half months before she passed away. After 4 years of dad looking after mum, we had to admit that we needed some help, this was such a hard decision to make but Holistic Care made it easier to come to terms with. The care our mum received was second to none even from the very first visit. Every member of staff was so professional, caring, reliable, and compassionate, and always went above and beyond for our mum and also for our dad who loved to chat with the carers. We feel that we were so very lucky that we had Holistic Care look after our mum and we will never be able to thank the whole team enough, they became part of the family in such a short time. Very very special people! We would highly recommend this care provider and we will be forever thankful for everything they did for Mum and Dad right until the end. Forever grateful and thankful.

My sister and I use Holistic Care to care for our mother who is 99. Mum still lives in her own house and receives daily visits. The service provided is good and Holistic Care respond to issues quickly and attentively. There has never been an issue with providing cover, providing good flexibility. The staff are very helpful, providing a solid and well thought out service. Mum responds well to the colleagues and engages in good conversation with them. We ask for a lunch visit, an evening visit and a 'close down' so mum is locked up safely in her home. These visits are well carried out and on time. We have cameras in the house but we use the cameras only to check on Mum overnight and when there are no other visitors. The majority of communication is between my sister and Holistic Care because she lives close to the house. Her review will reflect my comfort with the high level of quality provided.

We contacted Holistic Care Services with only a couple of weeks to go before we needed the service after our initial care plans fell through, we had an informal chat in the home about our needs and expectations, then the plan was put into place and we had meetings with the carers and care co-ordinators in advance, all went well and we were extremely happy with the service, our mum felt safe and content in her own home with the carers who lived in for 2 weeks. It was a little bit more expensive than we budgeted for.

All staff at Holistic Care Service are very professional and exceptionally well trained. Management is always available to contact and they have always been very accommodating to family requests. As a family, we know we can rely on the service to care for my mother.

Generally good continuity of assigned carers, which was important to me as my mum has Alzheimer’s and doesn’t like change. Managers listened to and acted upon any concerns/issues I raised. Care plans are regularly updated, and very good communication, timekeeping and reporting. Carers always rang me if they had concerns over Mum's health or welfare, and each visit was clearly documented on the access mobile app. The carers were very gentle and had a good manner with Mum, and worked hard to make her feel at ease during their visits. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you to two particular members of staff at this care provider.

The care provider looked after my mum/nan for 2 years and went above and beyond for her needs and requirements. Nothing was ever too much, my mum had dementia (people with dementia and those caring for people with dementia will know how hard day-to-day caring can sometimes be) the staff were always so kind, caring, friendly and reassuring. We liaised with the staff all the time to ensure that my mum was getting the most suitable care package. We would like to thank the girls for all that they did for us. We lost my mum in December and this care provider was there for us every step of the way until the very end, as a family we would recommend them to anyone looking for extra care for their loved ones.

Having made last minute travel/accommodation plans I was present when 2 carers called to my aunts to complete her care plan needs. It was so lovely to hear the conversations that took place between my aunt and carers. I heard laughter too which is so reassuring that my aunt is consulted and not rushed at any point of care. When I mentioned to my aunt that I thought the staff were lovely she replied ”yes they all are, I’m very lucky, they look after me”. What more of a recommendation that the Home Care team are compassionate, communicative, seek consent to assist with personal care, person centred, reliable and flexible. My gratitude to you all.

Can't recommend them enough. Had some issues with other care agencies before using the care provider and we are so glad we have found them. They go above and beyond every time they visit my grandad and nothing is too much to ask of them. The care that they provide is of a great standard, they are always on time and they are very easy to contact if you need them.

Extremely efficient and friendly service which has put the family's mind at rest that our aunt is being cared for twice a day, by staff who have taken the time to get to know her. Communication has been excellent, any concerns or worries about medication or aspects of her care have been dealt with promptly. My aunt looks forward to seeing her carers each day. They are always on time and if delayed, even by ten minutes, the office staff let us know. We would highly recommend the care provider.

From the start to the end of this care provider caring for my mum, I couldn't be happier. All the staff were super friendly and put Mum at ease as she was a bit wary about people coming in at first. She loved the extra company though the day and looked forward to her visits. They were so helpful in sorting extra hours if needed, putting my mind at rest if we were away. This let her stay in her home longer. Top class service and I can only 100% recommend.

We started using these services after my husband came out of hospital. Firstly, we us a care agency via social services which did not meet our needs, on changing to this care provider, we were offered a much better package and a time convenient for my husband's care and far superior service with more professional carers. We stopped their care when my husband was in hospital for 7 weeks but resumed their service on his discharge in August and have continued to have carers since. We particularly like that 5 days a week we have the same person and the same carer on the other 2 days, this gives us continuity. We are delighted with the standard of the service.
