View Full Details of Responsive Care GroupCarers are good with my husband, some could do with more training on movement. Late calls don't always get a phone call to say they are going to be late which is not good when waiting to have a meal and medication. Putting extra calls on making ours late. I cannot always move my husband to get him into a sitting position for his meals so we have to wait.
We are happy with the carers themselves. They are very caring, kind and understanding. We've just had a few occasions where they have been late for the morning call and night call without calling to let us know, so then mum gets upset and worked up as mum is sitting waiting.
The carers are excellent. They are really good and caring. I am extremely happy with the care my mum receives.
Very happy with carers. We have now two carers four times a day and cannot fault them. I like to keep to the same carers because you get to know them and they get to know you.
Overall I'm happy with the service provided for my mother. Any issues that have arisen seem to have been dealt with promptly. My mother appears to be happy with most of the carers and enjoys her interaction with certain carers in particular.
The care I receive is very good. My carers are very good at seeing things which want doing.
I learned about Responsive Care Group from a social worker at a time of great stress. My brother was in need of care in his domestic situation. As his needs became greater, somehow the care expanded as if by magic to fulfil those needs until he is now totally dependant on his care. They provide essential and domestic services including preparation of food, administering medication weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays. He receives help for hospital visits and appointments. The carers assess his personal and domestic needs and replace items where necessary whilst keeping in touch with remote family members. It is also reassuring that oversight and management are of a very high standard. There is an air of friendliness among all supporting the clients.
Responsive Care is reliable and professional in the care of my mother. The carers and office staff are caring, cheerful and helpful in sorting out any problems. In recent weeks I have been unwell myself, and Responsive Care has had no hesitation in supporting me with mother's shopping. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
