View Full Details of Royal Care DoverI was very nervous to know there would be a care package put in place for my mother when released from hospital after 6 months. All I can say is that I could not have wished for anything better than the team that have been provided. Both women and men carers have been amazing in my eyes and are doing this work from their heart. Excellent care and would highly recommend.
Mums in end of life care, on the first day they left deep nail imprints in my mums leg which was found and reported by the NHS care team who came 3 hours later and spotted it. The marks were still prominent then so it must have hurt her.
Royal Care was excellent in caring for my dad at the end of life. If they were late they'd call. All staff were caring and gentle. They were even there when my dad passed, they were compassionate and kind. Thank you Royal Care so much. I'd like to thank individuals but there were many that came. All were great. We are forever grateful.
All girls are lovely, very polite, happy and jolly - go out of their way to see what else they can do for us. Our regular girls are lovely. One lady always comes to us on her moped in all weather.
I simply cannot speak highly enough of the care that my partner - and, indeed, I - received in the days before he recently died at home from cancer. We had four visits a day from two staff and every single one of the staff, including the managers, who came to us showed empathy, skill, knowledge and expertise beyond anything that we could have expected or wished for. The whole experience was astonishing from beginning to its sad end. I can only say thank you to all those wonderful people who helped so much; and I feel that this is an inadequate response.
When my husband was sent home from hospital on NHS Continuing Care I was very concerned as to how I would manage with two carers coming in four times a day and how good the service would be. I need not have worried. First, we had a visit from the manager, and one of the carers. They explained everything to me and totally put my mind at rest. I knew then that we were in good hands. The carers couldn't have been better. They genuinely did care - not only for my husband but for me as well. I couldn't have wished for a better level of care and support right up to his death. I have no hesitation in recommending Royal Care very highly indeed.
My mother in law was cared for at home by a bank of Royal Care carers in the last few days of her life. Every carer who came to attend to my mother in law was just brilliant, so helpful, kind, considerate, tender and punctual. They made sure my mother in law was comfortable and retained her dignity throughout the last days of her life, right until her last breath. They also ensured that the family were kept appraised as to what was happening and why and we all thank them for their kindness when we needed it most.
Royal Care provides a decent service, the care staff tend to be very friendly and helpful in assisting my required care needs. The management is good, they phone fairly frequently to ensure my needs and requirements are being met. Overall, Royal Care is a very good care provider.
These kind carers touched my heart with their compassion in my situation. The comforting smile and laughter, there's no price for these moments, which I will remember always. I commend them all. Bless you and thank you.
We can't thank the girls enough for their care, love and compassion in all aspects of dad's care! He always looked forward to their twice daily visits and they in turn spent time listening to and laughing with dad! The girls always had time for him and us as a family and nothing was too much trouble.
The carers were very good. Only had for a short time. Very polite and caring. Punctual.
Your carers were kind and compassionate when dealing not only with the patient (my mum) but also when dealing with my dad. They helped my mum retain her dignity until the end being kind and gentle.
I am very pleased with this care service. The staff are very caring and pleasant. Always very clean and tidy and try to make me comfortable before they leave. Always come on time.
Please commend the Field Care Supervisor in particular for her cheerful approach and comforting manner.
I was pleased to receive this as I wanted to get in touch with the carers. They all did a wonderful job and I thank them for it under difficult circumstances with the Covid-19 it was very difficult. Thank you all.
Our relationship with the carers who come every morning is good and are always on time to shower and dress me is very good. The manager and her staff are always very helpful and can't do enough for us. They are wonderful people and a credit to Royal Care. They offer a very good service and always on time or phone to let me know if there's a problem. I would recommend Royal Care, which I have been having for the last 2-3 months, and staff are always polite and caring and respectful. Plus they all like to have a chat and work at the same time, which makes your care enjoyable and comfortable. Recommend company in the area for care.
As indicated below, the service was very good when times were correct for our situation.
As mum was frail, the tenderness of many carers was appreciated. She loved their attention. As her carer, the timing of some calls, in particular, the lunchtime one, (sometimes a little over 2 hours since the breakfast call) was a problem particularly when mum also had a call from the community nursing team.
Royal Care provides care for my partner who is bedbound, they visit 4 times daily apart from the 3 days she attends hospital dialysis sessions when they provide 2 visits. My partner and I find the management staff extremely helpful and the care staff are very friendly, as well as being helpful and cheerful too, on the whole, very reliable and satisfactory service is provided by Royal Care, and I would happily recommend them as being an excellent care provider.
My experience of Royal Care is all positive. What I like about them is that they are consistent with their call times so you know where you are. My husband has care four times a day. The staff are very respectful they always have a smile on their face and they do a wonderful job of the care they carry out. Nothing is too much trouble. I have to mention the manager who frequently comes out to care as well. He is excellent at what he does and goes above and beyond in everything he does including the interaction with my husband. In every job, we strive for excellence and we know there is always room for improvement and that is what he tells his staff.
