View Full Details of SureCare (Central Cheshire)I regularly travel all over the country for work and being physically disabled, I have to arrange care in hotels everywhere I go. I'm so glad I found SureCare. The service has been excellent, the carers are friendly and reliable which is critical for my work. They are always able to provide care when I stay in the area. The office staff have really helped by setting me up with other SureCare agencies around the country which enables me to expand my work. A really excellent service, I would definitely recommend SureCare Central Cheshire.
So far I have no complaints. The carers do everything I ask. They never complain - always helpful and polite.
Have found the carers friendly and helpful and happy to do any tasks I ask of them.
I have found all carers extremely confident and knowledgeable in all they do and with kindness and concern. Their concern and kindness towards me have been stimulating and rewarding.
SureCare has been visiting my Father daily for 18 months now and offers an invaluable service. They are always polite and professional and I can thoroughly recommend their staff and services. Communication from them with scheduling times etc. is first class.
Superb carers who are friendly, have a lot of patience and a professional approach. My mother is seen four times a week and my mother looks forward to the carer's visit. The staff are kind and courteous.
Following a poor experience with a previous care provider I reached out to SureCare in June 2024 to help ensure that my parents be able to return home safely after respite care. SureCare responded quickly and efficiently to draw up care plans to facilitate the move home. The carers all show patience, empathy and professionalism in their support of Mum and Dad. As their needs have increased SureCare have ensured the necessary support has been forthcoming. SureCare have helped in emergency situations and kept me updated of any concerns. The office staff respond quickly to phone calls and emails. A professional team with a very personal approach.
I got in touch with SureCare in early September when it was clear my father was in need of much more help to manage the effects of his cancer. We received a very helpful response to our initial contact, which was followed by a friendly visit to assess Dad's needs. We then heard back very promptly with some options and we took the option of having 2 carers living in to provide 24/7 care. They were both very well trained and personable, quickly forming a connection with Dad and us, also working well with the district nurse and community care team. The last 10 days of my father's life would have been unimaginably more difficult without these 2 carers. Instead, my family and I were able to spend time with him in ways that really counted. My thanks to everyone at SureCare for making this possible.
SureCare have been very professional, helpful and caring throughout; the first phone call, assessment, visits and aftercare. This was a last-minute decision to have care for my mother whilst we were away, and something that we would definitely look to repeat in the future. Mum enjoyed the visits and found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Thank you!
I can thoroughly recommend SureCare, they have been brilliant. My mum had been in a nursing home for two years but really wanted to come home. They helped us make this possible and the care she got was exceptional. Thanks to SureCare she spent the last few months of her life where she wanted to be. All the carers were lovely and helped us as a family at the end.
Following several falls I totally lost my confidence. I used SureCare for the last couple of weeks and have received wonderful support which is really improving my confidence. I recommend them totally.
SureCare are amazing. From the very start to the end of my husband’s care with SureCare, the staff went above and beyond. Not only did they help with my husband's needs, they helped with all aspects of general day-to-day jobs. They would help with housework, ironing, helped me to still be able to be a mum to my children as well as care for my husband. One of the staff even cooked us an evening meal. SureCare became part of our family through the time they spent caring for my husband. I couldn’t have looked after my husband at home without their help. I’ll always remember the SureCare team and have plenty of fond memories with the time we all spent together even though it was the most difficult time for myself and my family. Thank you SureCare.
As a former manager of statutory social care service provision who now needs support myself, I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided to me by SureCare. Every carer who supports me is top-rate. They are incredibly caring, friendly, compassionate and empathetic. If I was still working, I would happily employ them all. Management and organisation are also first-class. Thank you for everything you do for me.
Wonderful treatment from all my carers, feel as though they are part of my family. I look forward to them coming in to chat, always feel as if they have time for me. I have nothing but good words to say about them.
Very good as they always turn up and complete any jobs I need doing. They are very chatty and pleasant.
SureCare provides a great care package, the staff are understanding of our needs and go above and beyond. They keep us well informed at all times, and we as a family get great peace of mind knowing they are going into the home every day. We originally had fewer visits but after a hospital stay and and new assessment we increased the visits and SureCare were a great help in getting this set up.
Staff were professional, caring and supportive. Respected our home and supported my poorly husband during his illness, treating him with great respect and bringing the outside world into him whilst he was bed-bound. I would recommend sure care 100%.
I find SureCare is a fantastic service. The carers are excellent, cheerful, friendly and help me so very well. I would recommend to anyone requiring care. The best.
Since SureCare have become the main carers for my mum, I have felt reassured that they have her best interests at heart. My mum is noticeably thriving, and this gives me great peace of mind as I am many miles from her and cannot visit daily. From the initial introduction and assessment carried out with the providers, ensuring mine and my mum’s needs were considered, I have found communication with them easy, and nothing too much trouble. Aside from the practice manager, I have only met one of the carers, who seems to go above and beyond her duties, but Mum speaks very highly of all who visit, she looks forward to them going, and does consider they ‘visit her’ rather than them doing a job, I think this speaks volumes.
I have used SureCare (Central Cheshire) several times now and each time, from the initial contact to arrange care right through to the care itself, I've felt comfortable in knowing that my mum who is 90 and has Alzheimer's disease is going to be well looked after and safe in her own home. Mum is convinced she doesn't need care when I'm not there, so I was worried she may be resistant to carers, but with their kindness and experience and vast knowledge of dealing with dementia sufferers, she was at home with them very quickly.
