Having never had the experience of home personal care before, it was a joy to welcome my carer who was so kind and thoughtful. Ever cheerful and happy to talk to me when she was able, I can only say thank you. I progressed in my confidence very quickly and it was all down to her patience and gentle advice.

I am very happy with my carer as he has helped me throughout the last six months with my recovery from a stem cell transplant. He helps me support my children as I have a complex need by which I struggle with a lot and the carer support takes a lot of my stress away. I am extremely happy and grateful for this care as it helps me to continue to be very independent. My daily life without this support wouldn't be the same.

We both think the service we get is excellent. The girls are very polite and are very good at their work. We look forward to them coming, keeping my wife clean, etc. They all cheer her up. (It is good for her dementia). We can't thank them enough.

In the 6 months, my mother has been using the care service she has been extremely happy with all the care and support she has received. All the staff are very kind and treat my mother with respect and dignity. I would like to personally thank you and the team at Heritage Healthcare in Milton Keynes for your kindness, excellent care and support you have provided to my mother during this time.

Staff are all polite, helpful and kind. Arrive at the correct time 98% of the time they listen to what I want to do in the morning. Could do with talking to me more.

There is so much to say, all positive. Mum has had the same carers from the start. She has built up an amazing bond with them. That's peace of mind for us. The girls are thoughtful, very caring, patient and friendly. They are professional. We have met with all the staff. On Mum's birthday, they came to sing Happy Birthday with a cake and present - amazing! They have made such an impact on Mum's life - she tells them she loves them. Any problems we may have incurred are quickly resolved along the way.

We recently moved to Milton Keynes with my grandmother of 91, who was suffering with vascular dementia. We felt it would be a challenge with all the changes for her, but from day one Heritage Healthcare Milton Keynes have been friendly, welcoming and responsive to all of our requests. The manager came home and spoke to us about the care and what to expect, and she would always make herself available if we ever needed. The carers were fantastic, and given my grandmother's lack of English, the Home Care provider was able to find suitable care who could speak my grandmother's native language. They always spoke to her politely and respectfully and handled her with so much care and love, that even my grandmother began seeing her carers as a family! Overall we have had an amazing experience with Heritage Healthcare Milton Keynes and are extremely thankful for treating our Grandmother like they would their own. They have provided reassurance to us that real, genuine care providers do exist.

The main carer is excellent, and I am very happy with what they do. My mum is happy with her main carer; therefore, this makes my life less stressful as regards my mum.

The care my father is given is always to an excellent standard. The carers provided are really polite and always take the time to make sure my father is comfortable and happy. I couldn't fault the service or care.

This company has been the most reliable care provider. My daughter has never been let down during the time Heritage has had the contract. I provide child care for my daughter, which often involves sleeping overnight, and I feel my daughter is safe with the care provider.

The manager runs Heritage by putting the service users first. She has regular meetings to ensure things are all well. Any suggestions are taken on board, and she has a great team of dedicated staff. Some illnesses are very complex with difficult needs, but these are met to the best of their ability. We have had many companies, but Heritage has been the best we have had, in my opinion. Thank you.

All the staff are extremely polite and well behaved. Carers accept all our wishes. We are happy to stay with Heritage Healthcare (Milton Keynes) as long as they are happy to prove service.

The care manager is very responsive to any queries we have. She is happy to spend time discussing any issues we have had occasion to speak to the care manager about one of the carers who acted unprofessionally. She was quick to speak to the carer involved and took action to move her from our mum's care. This care service and it's flexibility has enabled our mumto stay in her home, where she wants to be and so has been invaluable to us.

I have no comments due to the reason I would not recommend. They are not for my family member and ourselves, it's hard when you cannot explain why so not really a review. Can say I'm looking for a new care team for the new year. Just not a good fit for us.

Heritage have provided excellent care, for my mother who is an Alzheimer’s sufferer since August. She has visits 3 times a day to tend to her everyday needs. The staff have been very attentive to Mum’s needs and clearly communicate with myself and my brother regarding my mother’s care. I would highly recommend them.

The team of ladies who look after my mother are very caring and understanding individuals who my mother really gets on with. The lady who manages the team is very understanding and caring and keeps in contact with me and lets me know of anything I should be aware of. I would highly recommend her team.

The COVID-19 lockdown has led many of us to review what is important to us. Mum is now 88 and has been shielding and looked after exclusively by the Heritage Healthcare (Milton Keynes) team. They have exceeded all expectations - not just for Mum's personal care but for ALL CARE. This included a surprise birthday party arranged by her carers - complete with balloons, hats, cake and candles - simply because we family (also high risk) were not allowed to visit and be with mum. Photos and a video of Mum on her big day were sent to us next of kin which was a delightful surprise for us all. So - who would I recommend Heritage Healthcare Milton Keynes to? As the team are now thought of and valued as part of the family, my husband and W would love them to care for us when our time comes. We, therefore, recommend them to all who want honest, trustworthy, kind and fun people to care for them or their loved ones. A team willing to go the extra mile.
