Raynes Healthcare has been providing a full care package for my 96-year-old mum for 8 months now. Update: We are 100% happy with Raynes and would highly recommend them to other clients. We have had the same four carers right through the eight months. We have built up good working relationships with these carers who are all very caring, friendly, clean and competent individuals. I have to say their reliability and promptness are exceptional. They stay at the property the full times allocated, with no quick in and out. They communicate well with me if there are any issues requiring my attention and always make sure mum is extremely clean, safe and comfortable and leave the house and bed very tidy and clean. The company have also been great to deal with. Immediate responses to questions, updating me if a carer is going to be delayed etc. We are especially impressed at how they promptly responded to my request to change the times of visits to meet our needs. We are very, satisfied customers.

I cannot praise the carers at All About Raynes Healthcare enough. From the moment they came out to assess our mother and her needs, I felt so reassured that they would provide the care and support she needed. They kept me updated regularly and nothing was ever too much trouble. They displayed such kindness, professionalism and outstanding care at all times. I’m so grateful to you all.

It saddens me to say this but my Mum has had Raynes's carers for all of 3 weeks. I am disgusted with the care she is getting. Not only are the times not met what was agreed but they have also been giving my Mum out of date food, not throwing food out that is out of date, leaving dirty and used catheter bags in Mum's bedroom all day from the night before, asking Mum "do you want me to feed the cat" just rinsing pots and leaving on the side. No medication sheet for the other people e.g paramedics, and nurses, to be able to see what tablets Mum is on in case they need to administer something if called out, and the list goes on! I would not recommend this company at all. They couldn't even get Mum's information sheet right, so much was wrong that could have been life-threatening!
