View Full Details of Ronti Care Solutions LtdThe care I receive is satisfactory. However, I want to make a suggestion which will be helpful to both us as clients and also the carers. Please can you organise your rota in such a way that carers will be going to clients who live closest to them? This will avoid lateness and frustration on the part of both clients and carers. For example, if a carer lives in London, let him/her attend to London clients (on a permanent basis) and let the carers who live in another area attend to clients in that area. I hope you will consider this advice for the good of all concerned. Thank you.
Provision at the onset was excellent but lack of proper communication is definitely affecting the quality of provision. Quick and timely response to communication or enquiries definitely leaves much to be desired.
Very friendly and comfortable dealing with the tantrums of my daughter. My daughter hurts and hits them but they are very resilient. They are also taking her out for entertainment and have managed to restrain her from hurting herself as well in a safe way.
Ronti Care managed to cater to the times and days I needed for my daughter over the summer holidays. She was able to get lots of swimming done over the summer. I am thankful to two particular members of staff and the office staff who were always able to fit things around her schedule for swimming. Even if I was giving them short notice timings. They made the holidays much more bearable for my daughter.
Our carer was extremely polite and was very amenable to our needs. He was employed to help our 100th birthday celebrations just in case he was needed but he went further than we expected and was very kind to the small children as well as fulfilling his caring role. We are very happy with Ronti Care.
Helpful, friendly and personable. Thanks for your help.
He has been amazing. Can't fault how well he attended to my grandfather. He is the best carer I've ever met, even going above and beyond to interact with my children - thank you!
We always have the best experience with our care with our carer. She is very professional yet kind, caring and nurturing. She took great care and extra time to understand my daughter and her needs. I am very confident in the level of care she provides to my daughter and my daughter responds very well. They are able to engage in fun activities together whilst the carer ensures that she is comfortable, safe and well cared for.
The carers who visit my dad treat him with care and respect. Always friendly and helpful, as much as they can they arrive on the time agreed and contact me if they can't get there. The only thing I could ask is if they have time to do a few extra things for Dad, maybe cut his fingernails or help him shave. Thank you for all your help.
Overall, the staff who helped with supporting my daughter for over a year, and especially more recently since she underwent major surgery, were all extremely friendly, compassionate and caring. They had a very good understanding of her needs and levels of ability and quickly formed a good and trusting relationship with her. Well done.
It would be nice if visits were evenly spaced throughout the day. Some carers are excellent, other carers need further training. Some carers have difficulty with the positioning in the bed and the wheelchair. Ronti Care provides a higher standard of care when comparing to the care provided by another care agency.
