I find that the management listen and action any concerns/questions I may have. Their service was second to none when I could not reach my father-in-law by phone. They attended, found him on the floor, comforted him, stayed with him until taken to hospital. If it wasn't for them checking on him for me, he could have been on the floor for a long period as he was discharged from hospital without us being informed! All carers are friendly and treat him with respect.

Cherish Social Care have been caring for my father in law for almost 2 years. We had care from other care companys but have never seen such exceptional care as that given by every employee from Cherish. They are punctual and if for any reason they may be running late due to unforeseen issues, then they always communicate with me to keep me informed. The personal care they give is amazing - full bed bath and clean shaven daily. Teeth are brushed at least twice daily. They have shown to be knowledgeable regarding issues such as pressure area care and catheter care. They always treat my father in law with dignity and respect. They are empathetic and in particular with a busy house and young child, they have adapted so well to fit in to the whole family. We struggled with previous care companies as we have a dog - cherish have been very conscientious about keeping the dog secure at all times. Highly recommend cherish social care to care for your loved ones.

The service provided has been great, with the carers being proactive and patient. I have observed the efficiency and the manner the carers have treated my child with patience and shown kindness. Most importantly, I have peace of mind with all the carers and the company. Thank you to the management team and all the carers.

I could not fault the care provided to my father following his discharge from hospital after his emergency hip replacement. All 4 daily calls were all scheduled at the same time each day. There was never a missed call. He was provided with continuity of care, all carers were respectful and respected my fathers dignity. All 3 carers were amazing as well as the managers in the office. I would like thank 3 staff members in particular for looking after my father so well.

Cherish go above and beyond the call of duty. They are always one step ahead of the game and support the whole family not just the patient. They have been caring for my mum for nearly two years and we would be lost without them. Their care and attention to detail is amazing. Each and every staff member treat my Mum with the dignity and respect she deserves but can no longer respond to. Our world is a better place for Cherish.

This company is totally professional, and discrete and will help in all aspects of your needs. I would highly recommend them. Therefore if someone needs a home carer, they can provide that and their colleagues are trained to deal with all aspects of your own home so no need to have to go into a home. They will shop, cook meals, and always tidy up.

Very grateful for the excellent care and support Cherish has provided for my Mother. The management and team are very supportive and provide clear information regarding any changes in my Mother's condition. Carers are very attentive and sensitive to my Mother's specific needs.

Mum needs careers 4 times a day after a fall and hip replacement. They are very good and amazing people without their support I don't know what we would have done thank you so much to the two carers in particular who are very nice people and very caring thank you.

This Care provider is amazing - always on time - has a very smart appearance - professional - gives a good service. Very trustworthy, always at the end of the phone should I need to call. Have never had problems with staff being sick.

Support staff have been professional, polite, and respectful while carrying out their duties within the home. The staff arrive on time and engage well with the person they are supporting. Staff support with all necessary care and activities.

Cherish has been caring for my grandmother for over 3 years now and we have been so pleased with their care and professionalism. Cherish provides live-in care as well as domiciliary carers 4 times per day for her. They communicate with me regularly and any request is never an issue. The carers they provide are respectful, and kind and provide a high standard of care to my grandmother. We previously had a bad experience with another company and were nervous when we joined with Cherish. They were able to support us and reassure us that my grandmother was in great hands. Thank you for all that you do.

This wonderful care provider has recently taken over the care for my elderly mother. I cannot praise them enough. My mother has settled in well with the carers and the carers have settled well with her. We have had 2 previous care companies, their service was not as professional as Cherish Social Care. They attend to my mother's personal care, domestic care and welfare to such a high standard. I would recommend this care service to anyone looking for carers for their loved ones due to their reliability and compassion for the elderly. Thank you everyone at Cherish Social Care for everything you do for my mother, you have shown that you go over and above the care you provide.

Cherish Social Care have been delivering care for my parents for several months now. The carers at Cherish have provided an excellent service to meet my parents' needs including companionship, house duties, preparation of meals etc. Cherish have also been able to flex delivery of care according to changing requirements at short notice - this has been really valuable.

Very pleased with the service delivered for my mum. One hour each day of morning care. All staff were very friendly, patient and professional. The carer updated daily notes on the changes needed, adapting to my mum’s needs so each carer was informed.

The Cherish Social Care team have been very understanding, kind, respectful, and caring to my friend. The management has been very helpful in sorting out any issues that arise, like early mornings when my friend has to visit the hospital. Medication is given with great care and attention. The app that I have on my phone allows me to keep up with the day-to-day care given. I would recommend this service to others.

The carers are always friendly and cheerful. They always treat my dad with respect. They ask his opinion and follow his wishes as much as possible. They have been a wonderful help to my mother and always ask if there is anything they can do to help her if they have spare time after helping Dad with his morning and evening routines. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service.
