I have been using Anna Home Care agency for over a year now. Initially, it was to help me with both of my parents. Sadly my dad passed away so now it is just for my mum. The ladies are so kind and polite and friendly. We are always happy to see them walk in on the days that we book them. Each of them has their own unique character and lifts our spirits while in the house. My mum is so delighted each time she sees their faces. I'm also relieved to see them too as I am my mum's sole carer and I would be struggling without these twice-a-day visits to help with personal care for my mum. The beauty of the agency is that we get to know the ladies as it is a small company. We couldn't be without them and love each one of the team we have visit. Also, the lady in the office is always so supportive on the end of the phone if I need to talk to someone. Thank you to all of you at Anna Home Care.

We engaged Anna Home care when Mum showed early signs of dementia in 2020 and they cared for her until June 2023 when, sadly, she could no longer be independent. One word to describe the company: care. They genuinely do. And not just for the client but the family too. This ethos of care shone through from the moment, slightly nervously, I began the daunting task of finding care for Mum. The manager is clearly passionate about what she does and always has time for us, dealing with everything with humour. Her advice throughout has been invaluable. Mum quickly got to know and trust her small group of carers and they looked after her well. She enjoyed their visits. How many other care company directors would spend a sunny Bank Holiday Monday with a client? This is what Anna Home Care did for my mum when they were alerted by the carer on shift that my mum was very ill until we were able to get down and take over.

Anna Home Care has cared for my Dad for a couple of years now and I feel confident in our whole family/care agency relationship. They understand my Dad’s needs and there is always warmth and humour with every visit. The Manager cares not only for her staff but clearly for my Dad and for us as a family, she is always free to discuss any issues and is also concerned for our welfare as the extended family and carers for Dad. I like the fact there is a small group of carers looking after my Dad which provides familiarity for both him and them, ensuring good continuity of care. Thank you for all your care and support for Dad.

Anna Home Care Ltd provided my late Mother-in-law with extremely excellent service during the last couple of years of her life. Their care to her was always courteous, efficient and extremely kind which enabled her to remain in her own home until the end. The management were always available and worked with us to ensure that she had all the necessary cover she required to keep her safe and their support generally and especially during a short stay in hospital was greatly appreciated. She looked forward to their thrice daily visits and they provided us with peace of mind that when we were not there she was being wonderfully cared for. My husband and I would thoroughly recommend Anna Home Care Ltd.

Am so pleased we found you, everyone is always happy to help and go above and beyond for my father who has dementia. If I’m concerned about anything I only have to ring and my mind is put at ease. You have a wealth of knowledge to help us with everything relating to dementia and what we can put in place to help my father now and in the future. The people who see my father regularly are always happy and helpful and help put a smile on my father's face.

We have been extremely pleased with the care and support that Anna Home Care staff have provided my mother for the past two years. The staff are reliable, committed, compassionate and caring. They continue to enhance my mother's quality of life on a daily basis and we are grateful for their dedication, kindness and hard work.

Anna Home Care took my dad on over three years ago and I really wouldn't have coped without them, they are a great group of carers. They look after my dad like they are related to him and are also kind and understanding and always make him laugh and talk. The office staff are also lovely and cannot help enough with any kind of question or queries. Cannot praise these people enough and would give them ten stars if I could. Highly recommended.
