I do not know how we would manage the needs of our dad without the help of By Your Side! We have ever-changing needs, sometimes at very short notice and have never been told it wasn't possible. This support is second to none and all individuals working with us are caring and reliable and have built relationships with Dad - he isn't just another job on their list to them, they are like family!

Very pleasant ladies who do the job very well, sharp eyed who notice any sore places or changes. Competent and confident and seem to remember lots of info about me and my needs. Good at not being too free with wet sponges and respect my dignity.

We have been with By Your Side for about six years now. Generally, the care I receive has been good but there are times when the number of different care assistants arriving each week is excessive (74). The office staff are very accommodating to our needs (e.g. holidays) and the care assistants are cheerful and friendly.

Initially, the carers' time keeping wasn't consistent however this has greatly improved over the last month. Also, we now have the same carers each week.

From the very start, everybody has been friendly and helpful. The carers are very efficient and friendly and are more like friends to both me and my husband for whom they care. They all chat to my husband which he finds makes a not very nice situation so much nicer for him and also for me. Well done.

Great care company. Not let me down yet, been with them for over 3 years. The individual carers that come and help, genuinely care. On the rare occasions that I do have problems, they get sorted out quickly without any fuss.
