Excellent in parts, I have regular carers that go above and beyond but some carer's communication skills are lacking, others do not stay long enough and just do the basics. The excellent carers are fantastic and make a world of difference to me as the main carer for Mum and most importantly to Mum herself. They lift her mood and give her support that maintains her self-esteem and are attentive to a broad range of her needs.

The carer is very friendly and very patient with my mother, always smiling. Nothing is too much for her. Our carer is punctual; always on time. We are extremely pleased with our carer, and Mother looks forward to her arrival on each visit.

This is a very caring agency which provides exceptional care. Staff are very passionate about the care they provide and build strong relationships with clients. The Croydon branch manager is fantastic at the care that is provided and very reliable. If I have any concerns, she is always there to help solve them and I can always contact her over the phone. She is always willing to step in and provide care for me if needed. I have loved the relationship she has made with me. This is the best care agency I have used since having my stroke.

From initial assessment and starting with the agency, the staff are very caring, punctual and make a good bond with the person they are caring for. They make you feel comfortable and at ease with anything that is asked of them both for the person being cared for and the family. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing care. The keyword being Care.
