Since mother has had Pioneering Care on a daily visit, she is much happier and for someone approaching 103 years young, she is in good spirits (mainly). One of the carers goes into her every morning, assisting with the daily routine, washing, dressing, making drinks etc and for any concerns the carer contacts a family member to update on her condition.

My daughter with cerebral palsy has had Pioneering Care for about eight months. My daughter enjoys the care she receives. The caregivers are tuned into my daughter's needs. She enjoys the way they are with her she loves laughing and has a good sense of humour. Pioneering Care have sent caregivers to suit my daughter's personality, when I go away on holiday she looks forward to Pioneering Care coming to see her. Which makes my life easier, not worrying. As you can imagine looking after a forty-three-year-old is very stressful.

From the moment the team got involved we could see we were working with a very professional team. As time has gone on the demands that have been placed upon them have grown. All of the team really do care and provide great support to the care user but also to us as the family. If ever we need any advice or additional care outside of the agreed times, it's given. A great care provider with a team truly committed to the user and their family.

Pioneering Care have provided excellent care to my mum who is 93 and still living at home. All of the carers have been helpful and friendly and the directors, managers and carers have gone above and beyond to help my mum and me in various difficult circumstances. Often they have gone the extra mile to help us and based on our experience to date, we would have no hesitation in recommending Pioneering Care to those who might be interested in using their services.

Right since Pioneering Care began looking after my mother, they have provided great care with a really flexible and helpful approach. Whilst my mother's conditions have worsened, the team have done everything possible to quickly respond and help. This makes the challenges so much easier. They are prompt, reliable and have been genuinely friendly throughout. Thank you so much, your commitment and dedication is truly appreciated.

I would happily recommend Pioneer Care to friends and family as the care my mother receives is without doubt exceptional. The app they use allows me to check on all the visits carried out and if I have any questions or need anything changing, the staff are quick to reply and endeavour to accommodate any requests. Thanks to Pioneer Care I can relax knowing that my mum is being cared for by well-trained staff.

Have been delighted with the care provided to my father by Pioneering Care. The carers have high standards of professionalism and are caring and proactive. Dad enjoys their visits, appreciates the support he receives and is always complimentary about his carers. The management has been exemplary, professional and organised, keeping us informed, identifying concerns and discussing them with us. They have proved flexible and responsive to any suggestions or requests we have made. We have been very pleased with the service provided and it is an enormous relief to me and my sister to know that Dad is receiving professional high-quality care that meets his needs exactly. Highly recommended.

The manager and the team at Pioneering Care have been absolutely amazing. Their care to the patient is endless even when the patient becomes anxious, aggressive and angry, they are sympathetic and calming to assure both the patient and the carer. Colossal experience in the care industry is evident in their professionalism; how they handle each individual, particular visit depending on the state of mind and physical well-being of the patient. They are a bundle of energy, always smiling from 8 am through to 10 pm and their attitude towards not only the patient but the carers around the loved one is first class. Would highly recommend between my mother and two sisters who have witnessed at close quarters the fantastic work carried out by Pioneering Care.

Pioneering Care Bicester Ltd are an amazing company, would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the reassurance that their loved one is being cared for to the highest standard. Very professional and reliable in their approach, the dedication of the team, the care they provide, the consideration, support and respect along with love and compassion they show to their clients and service user is outstanding. The way the company conducts itself is evidence enough that those requiring Pioneering Care Bicester Ltd services are always the priority and nothing is too much trouble to ensure the well being, safety and happiness of the client and service user. They really do go above and beyond. They are like an extended family. The company welcomes and encourages feedback from the client and service user along with family members.
