Amazing service with amazing staff that care for every problem I've had, always there when I need them and the care provided is always to the best standards. I would highly recommend this company as they have made me feel like family.

Carers arriving late and unprofessional communications between mangers. My partner had this firm for five weeks. I cancelled them and went with someone else. We requested no male worker and one was sent anyway. Late arrivals and not informing us. Not trained or experienced enough to deal with my partner's problems. I would not recommend using this firm from my experience.

My carers are a great bunch! They are always cheerful and willing to do anything I ask of them and we treat each other with respect. There have been some inaccuracies in the invoice system re cancelled calls, but this seems to be resolving now an accountant has joined the company.

My lovely mum sufferers from dementia. Myself and my family wish Mum to stay in her own home, we needed support to do this. Thanks to Your Choice 4 Care we have had wonderful support, some of the staff and management go above and beyond, helping to take care of not only her physical health but mental health. During this pandemic, we could not have done without them, or indeed any time. If there is ever a worry, the communication is very fast and things are dealt with very quickly. The communication between them and myself is essential and they very kindly do this. When my mum is happy, I am and Your Choice 4 Care are a massive part of keeping her happy.

I needed to retain a care agency as my mother suffers from Dementia. As I live in London it is important that the agency staff were experienced with Dementia patients and their standard of service is extremely high. I have found this agency and its staff to be very professional, careful and to provide an excellent service that I cannot fault - sometimes even doing a little bit extra as they clearly care about their role and responsibility.
