Carers communicate if there are delays or issues when my child is in their care He is happy in their company Routine is key, they keep to schedule The agency tries to stick to the same carer, which makes managing the child's requirements

The care provider is punctual, calm, on task, friendly and hard working lady. She understands the mood changes of my son who has autism,she understands his needs and she keeps an eye on him responsibly.

I'm so happy with the service of Verity health carers Agency. Carers are amazing & they are doing there job very well. Im very satisfied ( five stars *****) Area managers are also give us great service. Excellent service

Hi I am really happy with your service which helped me a lot with most of the things like I can go out alone and leave my son with carer at my home and I fully trust her because she is behaving really good with me and my son the carer is really good person and helpful with my son You all have been really friendly with me thanks.

Verity Healthcare carers are outstanding. They are passionate and truly caring. They had time for my mum. Their reassurances helped my mum to engage with the care and truly put my mind at rest. Although, I find it difficult to trust new people but on the first visit, I knew the carer was genuinely caring. She genuinely wanted to know my mum and how she wanted her care delivered. She always went the extra to support my mum and me and to signpost us to other services. On my mum's birthday, we brought in beautiful flowers and lots of gifts to cheer my mum. To the carer, you're a star! Verity management hold on to this lady because she is an invaluable asset to your company and to the care industry.

The carer that looked after my dad was very helpful, kind, professional and always wore a smile. Really knew what my dad needed and wanted. Always made very good use of her time and nothing was a problem.

The carer supports my mum very well. She is an outstanding lady who truly cares. She has become part of our family and provides insightful advice to support my mum's condition. She has received support from Verity Healthcare management, to train in massaging and so she is able to massage my mum perfectly. The massages help to alleviate my mum's pain and so she is able to sleep. The carer supports my mum to take measured risks to walk into her garden and enjoy her hobby and at the same time to exercise herself, especially her legs. Verity Healthcare Management is brilliant, especially one member of staff in particular. I can call her anytime and she would be there to listen and act on my requests for further help. This is a company that truly cares. I will happily recommend Verity Healthcare to many people and will continue to do so. A big thank you and well done to two staff members in particular.
