The team of caregivers and support staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met with compassion and efficiency. Their dedication to providing quality care was evident in every interaction I had with them. I must highlight that Metro Homecare truly stands out as a leader in the care-providing industry. Their commitment to excellence, coupled with their compassionate approach towards their service users, sets them apart as the best care providers in my experience. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Metro Homecare for their invaluable support and care throughout my time as a service user. I am truly grateful for the positive impact they have had on my life, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of exceptional care.
Very horrible services. My cousin has recently been assigned to this company for care from Nov 2022 and has had his carers changed at least 4 times because of the carer's lack of need to help, numerous complaints from the carers in regards to their hourly rate, complaints in regards to their vehicle being parked and not wanting to have to receive a ticket yet not wanting to pay the parking meter indicating its the patient's responsibility to provide parking and therefore they wouldn't be able to stay the allotted time to care for my cousin. Bedsheets are being removed and left on the floor where he suffers spinal injury. The carer is meant to do a 30mins morning shift and a 30mins evening shift Mon, Fri, and Sun, 1hr shift Sat morning and evening, yet not once since they started working for my cousin have any of the carers stayed at least 30mins. He's taken video footage and voice recordings yet to no prevail. This is so not acceptable, show some compassion. The manager is very rude.
