My Dad has lived in care from Right at Home and I find this very reassuring to know that somebody is available 24/7 should Dad need anything. The lady who carries out this duty is lovely, really personable and has a very caring nature. She is also very patient. She's easy to talk to and very keen to please. If there are any problems for her or for me, Right at Home Managers are there to support me instantly. I didn't realise that the duty of care extends to me as a family member and have found Right at Home brilliant if any problems that are tricky to deal with come up. What a great team. It's tricky to put somebody else in charge of a family member's care, but this team of people are the team anyone should trust. Thank you Right at Home - you are my lifeline.

We had two carers to look after my husband in his final days, they were very kind and gentle with him. They made sure that he was comfortable at all times and kept me fully updated on his condition and the care that was being given. They made the very sad time a lot more bearable for all of the family. I cannot praise them highly enough for their care and support.

The team at right at home are truly fantastic! They treat mum as if she is a member of their family and we can't express how much of a positive impact they have on her life. We have worked with many care companies and there is no other that even comes close to the level of service, care and compassion each and every carer provides.

Mom has really valued her care service and is generally very happy. I found that Mom's needs have been well accommodated. Since coming home from the care home, despite still getting confused on occasions, I've certainly since a great improvement in her general well-being. This is largely down to the carer's obvious care and patience. So thank you so much.

My Mother was extremely pleased with all of the care provided. (Commented, "All the staff were very nice and very helpful."). The Care setup requirement was handled very professionally. (Will not hesitate to contact you next time I'm on holiday).

Generally speaking, very good care and most of the girls are very good, just one or two that are still not wanting to talk in the morning but later in the day are very chatty.

The home-help service was brilliant during the time I needed them. Very reliable, always on time. All staff was polite and friendly. 100% recommend the service for anybody who requires a home-help service.

Altogether a happy and delightful experience. A cross-section of age groups run by a very efficient and up-to-date management. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

We cannot fault Right at Home. They have efficient and friendly staff both out in the field and back in the offices and nothing is too much trouble. My mum is severely disabled and My dad would not be able to cope without Right at Home. The carers look after Mum very well and she seems so happy to be in their company. We have a long stay call once a week which gives Dad much-needed respite to go shopping etc which he would not be able to do ordinarily as myself and my brother live a long way away. We are eternally grateful for the dedication, kindness and respect both Mum and Dad receive. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do.

I give the company 100%, everyone is so caring, friendly and very professional. Before this company, we had another company who were not friendly or professional and didn't help my husband at all, just leaving him lying in bed. Within weeks of these exceptional people coming, they helped him sit up on the edge of the bed and eventually got him sat in a chair, he is now able to get around using his sticks. We cannot thank every member of staff enough.

We are very happy with the care Mum receives from Right at Home. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and willing to listen to Mum’s requests. We have recently requested a change to the hours for Mum's care and the office has quickly accommodated the new timetable. Thank you all.

Right at Home have been looking after my wife for nearly a year. The most reliable company we have used. The staff are very competent, understanding and friendly. Since using Right at Home they have never missed a visit.

Excellent care has been consistently delivered with passion throughout. Nothing is ever too much and they always meet the needs of my sibling. I would highly recommend this company due to outstanding level of care provided.

Living away from my father and with no other family around, the services of Right at Home have been invaluable. With covid restrictions, the carers have been the only physical company that my father has had. Whilst on their visits, they have arranged Zoom calls so that my father can chat with me and other distant friends and family. I would not like to think how my father could have coped without the regular carers visiting. The online software gives me comfort as I can read who has been and what they have done on each of the calls.

I find the carers really help me and I look forward to their visits. The office calls me regularly to let me know what is happening and also to see how I am. I am very happy with Right at Home and would recommend to everyone.

Carers are all lovely and professional, good training from the company. Always chatty and cheerful with Mum, which is important as Mum has sight loss and needs guidance and encouragement. The managers are approachable, listened to family and were flexible with reasonable notice if problems occurred. They also advised us if something needed to change.

The carers at Right at Home always treat my brother with the utmost respect and care. Both me and my brother are extremely happy with the services received. We love the fact that regular carers come and visit him, rather than different people every time. We have a fantastic relationship with the carers, something that we have not always experienced with other agencies. Keep up the great work Right at Home!

Right at Home have been caring for my dad for a little over a year now and I have to say I am more than impressed by their professional, caring and courteous team. Working together we have managed to keep dad at home, where he wants to be.

I have been very happy with the care and support my mum has had from all at Right at Home. Having regular visits from a small team of carers meant that she got to know them. The managers were always extremely helpful in adjusting the level of care as it changed and did their utmost to accommodate her needs. It was very reassuring to know that help was only a phone call away. The carers who visited my mum were all very kind and respectful and enabled her to continue to live independently until the time came for her to move into residential care.

I had a few carers to help with the shopping while my husband had to be in lockdown - I had to cancel the ones that came for a bit longer because the doctor told me not to go out because of my husband's illness.
