The challenges and difficulties of caring for an ailing and vulnerable mother have been eased with the help and support of Executive Care Personnel Ltd. Our live-in carer has been everything you could possibly ask for in a carer - empathetic, compassionate and patient. The registered manager has always been contactable and willing to ensure my mother is treated with dignity and consistency. This has been essential in building such a positive rapport. Thank you!
At first anxious about having a stranger in Mum's house for 24-hour care. That all changed immediately after meeting the carer! She was lovely and dealt with all of Mum's needs very efficiently and with such dignity. So easy to get on with and knew Mum was in good hands.
Three of their carers provided twenty-four hour care for my mum at home. The support, care and compassion that they showed her was exceptional. They gave her confidence in her last few weeks and we, as a family, have no hesitation in recommending the services of Executive Care Personnel.
My father required a live-in carer for the first time ever after a lengthy period in hospital, so was extremely anxious. Upon discharge from hospital, the designated carer and the care co-ordinator met with my father and family members to complete a thorough assessment of his needs and personal requirements, which reassured my father. They also identified and arranged for any equipment that he would require to make his life easier and ensure his future safety. The carer did their very best to ensure that my father could adhere to his usual old routine as much as possible and they had met all of his needs in a professional and caring manner.
It is difficult to put into words the huge peace of mind that results from the carer’s 24/7 presence with my mother. This review dates from February 2023 but really applies from the start of the service in June 2022, when my mother came out of the hospital after recovering from a bad fall. The care has been kind, patient, consistent and respectful throughout and my mum has really benefited from it. She is always clean, well fed and well dressed, in stark contrast to before we had the excellent attention of Executive Care Personnel.
Executive Care live up to their name. The team members are understanding, compassionate, and professional. The team manager puts you at ease straight away and listens to your concerns and provides constructive solutions. The carer has very quickly become the go-to person and you question how you managed before their arrival. Thank you to the team at Executive Care.
We have had a live-in carer for four weeks since my father came home from a long stay in hospital. I didn't think I needed live-in help but she has been a massive support and endlessly patient. She has also been a very polite and easy person to have in the house. It has taken me three weeks to get my act together and prepare for her stay to end next week. She has been scrupulously professional in looking after Dad and has hardly even stepped outside in weeks. I just couldn't provide the level of observation he currently needs without her. She can see when we aren't properly watching him and re-appears to back us up. She doesn't try to reason with him and just quietly gets on with it. We have been very fortunate indeed with the carer, she has been amazing. I think I will provide a better service to my dad as a result of watching the carer's approach which has been very educational.
I am very happy with the carers who have and are still looking after my mother. They have shown a professional approach along with deep care of my mother's situation. They are very happy for me to visit, and if there is an issue, they keep me informed.
Friendly, positive and caring attitude. Encouraging to both the client and myself as I was advised and tutored regarding the care of my husband as I wanted a hands-on approach following the care period. Good communication with the manager anytime for both myself and the carer. The manager acted quickly when needed. Excellent carer for the second half of the required period.
My nana has had a live-in carer provided by Executive Care Personnel Ltd. for eight weeks to date following a stay in hospital, and the experience has been very positive. We were nervous about how my Nana would take to having someone live in as it's the first time she's required this level of support, but she's been incredibly well looked after and has said herself how she enjoys having the carer there. It's a real peace of mind for us as a family to know that she has someone there to support her, not just with day-to-day care, but to also take an interest in her and her wishes, and spot signs of any potential issues and act on these with my Nana's best interests always at the forefront.
Having taken over the care of my mother at a very difficult time, your team have been excellent throughout. The carers have been very professional and caring. There has been excellent communication with members of the family.
As a family, we have been delighted by the level of care that my mother-in-law has been receiving, via Executive Care Personnel. The communication between the carer and ourselves has been outstanding and the peace of mind that we have knowing that my mother-in-law is being looked after so well is just brilliant. The carer knows when there is a problem with my mother-in-law and knows the right things to do to get help. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she literally will do everything she can to ensure that my mother-in-law is happy and safe. My mother-in-law has advanced dementia and the carer is able to deal with her odd ways and habits and has developed such a good rapport with us all that she feels like part of the family. The management team are also amazing - they cannot do enough to help and advise and are always at the end of the phone at all times of the day and weekends as well. We are so grateful to the whole team - it has meant that mu mother-in-law has avoided a care home which was her wish before dementia.
My Aunt suffers from Dementia and I have been her main carer for several years. Understandably she started to require more help. Executive Care has been absolutely amazing. They visit twice a day, morning and evening, giving a very professional service, giving me peace of mind and my Aunt so looks forward to their visits. Whenever I have had anything that I need to discuss or if I have had a worry about my Aunt's health the Manager's advice has been so reassuring. She always answers the phone promptly and returns any messages I may text her and is always very professional. My Aunt is extremely happy with the care she is receiving and we really don’t know what we would do without it.
I cannot say how reassuring it has been to have care for my mother twenty four seven following a hospital stay. The care has been cheerfully, appropriately and professionally provided even when my mother who has dementia has been quite anxious. Personal care, food preparation and household chores have been covered excellently. This has given us time to assess Mum's needs and provide support without having to rush our decisions.
The care provider to my mum is extremely good. Our carer understands my mum's needs and is brilliant in the care she provides. The house is always spotless. The carer keeps my mum hygienically clean and can spot any ailment that requires additional care. Our carer is like an extension to the family.
