View Full Details of Together In CareMade my mum's final weeks comfortable, she was able to build a lovely relationship with the girls, laughing with her. The care was outstanding they were so gentle with her and followed her instructions to a tee. Mum was always clean and her skin well taken care of, she was always very relaxed at the end that she slept like a baby after. I cannot praise these girls highly enough. As a family, we would like to thank them sincerely for their care and compassion through Mum's final weeks.
My grandmother's care is very important to us as well as being able to keep her in her own home. The team we have in place are excellent and we are so grateful. My grandmother feels respected and cared for and we are glad that we can trust them to look after her so well when we cannot.
We are very happy with care we get for our daughter. The main thing is that the company is so cooperative and supportive and sends carer as requested. Main client always wants change and we make contact with care coordinator and always get help. Thanks.
The team always treat my mum with care and compassion- As applies to many 92-year-olds she is very set in her ways! And finds it hard to accept change or a different routine. Carers are always very patient with her despite her selective deafness! They do their best to engage with her! As a family, we know that she is in safe hands. Thanks especially for spotting the water leak in her bedroom, I had missed it and their keen eye saved us a fortune!
From the 1st day, TIC have shown just why, in my eyes, they are an amazing service provider. The office staff are helpful and respectful. Carers are amazing, genuine people who keep my grandmother occupied on occasions and listen to her requests. It's been over 8 months of service which has been provided and just want to say, not 1 single complaint from me or my grandma.
The carers come on time and do a good job in looking after my elderly dad. Although all staff are caring, two ladies are particularly useful because of the Gujarati language compatibility with my dad.
My father is happy with his carers because they give him time when he wants so therefore I am happy. They listen to what he says, for example, if he is in pain they put cream on. We are glad they ask him if he is okay or if he needs anything else. They know how to handle him which makes me happy to see he’s in good hands and that he’s not going to fall. When he sees carers that puts a smile on his face because then he knows they’ll take him to the washroom. Since we joined with this company we have been very happy and relaxed because four times a day helps.
An excellent care provider who shows real understanding, compassion, genuine care and empathy with the person who they care for. Everyone from the office staff to the carers give 100% to the job. They adopt a thoroughly professional approach with compassion. The service provides information about the client through the online app.
Very professional team and regular updates obtained Any issues escalated to me as a family member promptly. Staff deal with issues quickly and supportively. Monthly contact calls are very useful. Staff is very adaptable when visit times need amending for appointments.
I only have good things to say about my dad’s care provider together in care. The managers and office staff I have spoken to have all been polite and helpful. One carer in particular goes out of his way to ask about my mum as well as my dad as he knows she has health issues too. The carers are all friendly and efficient and my parents look forward to seeing their smiling faces. It helps us all as a family knowing that people we trust are helping us look after our parents.
My mum has been diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and needs help to carry out everyday tasks. The carers visit 3 times a day, helping with dressing, washing, breakfast, lunch, evening meal and bedtime routine. My mum would not be able to stay in her own house, which she insists she wants to do, without the help of the carers.
I cannot stress how fabulous Together In Care are! I live and work in Spain, unfortunately, I cannot be there all the time for my mum. My mum suffers from dementia amongst many other medical conditions and I find it a struggle to have an update from her as to how she is doing or what she is doing. Together in Care was put in place by the social worker at the time a few months ago, when she came out of the care home. Since then the team have given me the Together in Care app where I can see the tasks and notes left by every carer every day. I contact them by voice mail on a messaging servi if needed, as it's easier with me living in Spain. I have a reply within the hour (usually within 5 mins). I try not to call them as I know answering the phone can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. All the carers are fabulous, but a big shout out to her carer she is exceptional, she has literally held my mum's hand through a very difficult situation when I couldn't. Thank you so much.
After my friend received bad care from a different provider, his home care was replaced by Together In Care. All the staff had to work hard gaining his trust as you can imagine. We could see the change in his care instantly as his skin had improved and he put weight on. Then soon after the change in him, smiles returned, he had more good moods than bad. One carer in particular always uplifted his bad days with giggles and chats, as did all the carers. They cared for him as if he were part of their extended family. My friend is not easy to care for with complex health care needs etc. All the staff are trained to high standards but you can't train people to have compassion and a genuine need to provide the best care. Together In Care, you choose your staff well. Keep up the good work. We need more like you. Thank you.
Having used a previous care company to help with the care of my mother, I was glad to find this company whose work ethics are second to none. Staff are professional and caring, and the company always go above and beyond to deliver a top level of service. I have no reservations, and I and the family are overwhelmed with their service.
We have been getting care from Together In Care since Mum came out of hospital and we have been very satisfied. If I have any issues to discuss, I feel they have been sorted out and taken on board. The staff are always friend to mum and her outer family.
We have been getting care from Together In Care since March 2020 when my husband came home from a care home and have been very satisfied. If I have any issues to discuss, I feel they have been stored out and taken on board.
All of the carers are lovely. They have become friends to me. I can't praise them highly enough.
Following initial assessment, good care is given daily, responding to changing/additional needs and requirements. Carers are cheerful, friendly and willing to oblige. My worries regarding safety from the virus have been satisfied by adequate protection.
After my fathers fall, we asked TiC (Together In Care) to look after him, visiting three times a day. The team were great. They were friendly, cheerful and very kind. They all got to know him really well and treated him with great respect. As his health deteriorated, they were very flexible in adding extra visits or holding off when I went to stay. They were also really good at calling or messaging me with frequent updates.
My Mum can be quite difficult at times and at first, I was not sure it was going well but a good relationship has been built up over the past months, so I am quite happy with the professionalism of the company.
