I have been having Aphoenix Care for over 2 years now. They are very professional and we always have a laugh, they cheer me up. I look forward to them arriving as I live on my own and seeing them breaks up my day. I love them all!

An excellent service is provided by this company. Its management team has striven to ensure that its service users are given the kindness and dignity they deserve, this was always the case whilst looking after my wife. The company also provides facilities to enable, where possible, service users to have the opportunity to meet and enjoy the company of others and to partake in the occasional celebration. So important for all our well-being. 'Caring Above All' is a truly apt motto for this company.

Aphoenix Care provides a team of very reliable, considerate, and caring carers who go beyond their duties to look after my Mum who sometimes is quite difficult. The carers are always helpful and supportive, I certainly could not continue my work without them. If any issues have arisen they have been dealt with promptly.

The staff are very kind and compassionate, the carers become more like friends and family, making people feel at ease. So happy that they can make a huge difference to the quality of life for the most vulnerable people.

Thank you, ladies. for looking after Mum, keeping me in the loop, highlighting any problems as and when they arose, administering her medication, and cooking her meals. Whenever Mum came out of hospital, they were always ready to pick up the mantle again. Thank you.

The staff provide an exceptional level of care, always going above and beyond for their clients and making an incredibly positive difference to their client’s lives. Above all, you can see that staff genuinely care for their clients as though they are family.

Aphoenix Care go above and beyond to care for all their clients and relatives. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they make the world a better place for all those who cannot get out. They bring the love back into everyone’s home on special days, birthdays, Christmas, Easter etc. All clients celebrate because Aphoenix Care for all of them.

From the very start of Aphoenix taking care of my bedbound, double incontinent, very poorly husband when he was cruelly discharged from hospital, they gave him excellent care. They went out of their way to cater to his needs and were on the end of the phone when I rang them to help him. They looked after my husband with such dignity and care as he was a very proud man and absolutely hated what he ended up being. They were there almost to the end when he died 5 weeks ago. Then, they went out of their way to comfort me afterwards. I highly recommend this company and couldn't have wished for better care for my beloved man.

I find the service provided to me is first class. They are always there for me in person or on the phone. I live alone, (my wife sadly died in 2012) so to have someone who cares for you, to be there, is priceless.

Have found the Apheonix care team very responsive, patient and kind. The staff who I have met have been like family to me, each day and no matter which carers come, they all bounce in and perform their tasks efficiently.

All staff are friendly and courteous and have now become friends. Nothing is too much trouble. I feel my mum is in very safe hands. I would heartily recommend Aphoenix to anyone looking for a care provider.

I can’t recommend Apheonix Care enough. From the minute they started caring for my dad, we knew he was going to get the best care he could possibly get. They are so professional, friendly, accommodating and reliable. Since they have taken over caring for him, I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders as I know he is so well looked after. One of the biggest things for me is being able to get hold of a care company and Apheonix are amazing, one call and you can speak to someone. They are the best care company and are much more like a family than a care company.

Generally very good overall experience they mostly do what is asked and helpful to a good degree, obviously we sometimes have one or two problems which we usually sort out so they keep us informed how Mum and Dad are and come out when needed very good they also have a get together fortnightly which we attend when possible some of the carers go the extra mile which greatly appreciated all in all very good.

Aphoenix Carers commenced caring for my husband, who has Parkinson's Dementia, in May 2022. In July, after hospital admission, my husband came home bedbound, and since then, has had two carers four times a day. The carers are all dedicated and very caring and friendly, and it is reassuring to know my husband receives first-class care. My husband has a catheter which causes numerous problems, is incontinent faeces and has a very large inguinal hernia; he has not had any skin pressure sores, which shows the care he receives is excellent. I also have a carer twice a week for 4 hours to enable me to have time for myself. Aphoenix is like a family and provides the best care anyone could ask for their loved one.

I have found the Apheonix care team very responsive to my elderly mum's needs; she has been poorly the last couple of weeks, and all of the team have shown patience and kindness with her struggles, above and beyond every day, every time. Always cheerful, nothing is too much trouble. Always a smile and a kind word. Special thanks go to two ladies who feel part of the family - these days - thank you.

I moved my father to APhoenix over a year ago, and it’s the best thing I could have done. They treat him as an individual and part of their family. I could not ask for anymore if I tried. Absolute A-star company, which I would highly recommend.

This review is for the period/length of time that my mum was cared for by Aphoenix Care. The ladies who cared for my mum were truly amazing. They catered for her every need and went above and beyond. My mum loved them and I know they cared about mum. I would highly recommend Aphoenix Care.

My wife has a number of conditions which can intensify and become very complex at times. Aphoenix always show professionalism and dignity in their work. They have a great attitude for helping and making my wife feel special particularly when she isn’t well. I would always recommend them.
