Foxbridge Healthcare has exceeded my expectations. Their teams dedication was excellent. The compassion, they showed made all the difference to my mum and me, nothing was too much trouble. They went the extra mile when my mum broke her hip and was rushed into hospital within in the hour they managed to provide live in care for a few days until I could get something sorted.

Foxbridge Healthcare provided excellent personal care services for my mother for the last 18 months of her life, enabling me to keep her at home to the very end. The carers were always kind and friendly and went out of their way to ensure that she was comfortable and happy every day.

Very good and understanding. Caring and compassionate. Would come round any time. Very helpful dad was in hospital and staff would go and visit him. Came on time. Knowledgeable about the job. Nothing was too hard

The care team were excellent in mums last stages of life. They supported me and also positioned mum in such comfortable positions in her bed and were good at helping to wash mum. Thanks to the carers for all their help.

The most prominent benefit of Foxbridge Healthcare's service is that my wife gets on well with all the carers who look after her. Laughter is always an ingredient of every visit. I also appreciate their help for me whenever I need to be away from home for an extended period.

The carers are very professional and good at their job they also try to make my wife feel they are part of the family and treat her with respect. They arrive on time subject to traffic conditions and always leave the bedroom neat and tidy with beds made.

I have been very impressed with the high standard of care my husband has received from both the carers that Foxbridge has assigned to us. They are well trained, patient, compassionate and incredibly clean, neat and tidy. They have made this difficult time for us far easier than it would have otherwise been. In the relatively short time that I was involved with this company, I found them totally professional, and a pleasure to work with. Both the management, and the staff were pleasant and friendly, and I was happy to have been associated with them.

All carers were very good and wherever possible we had the same one. They were very good at getting him to do things that he argued with me. They helped me at times too and were always ready with some advice.

Foxbridge has been caring for my mother for a few years now. Both my mother and I are very pleased with the care and attention they have given her over this time. All the carers have been friendly, efficient and professional. My mother has got to know the carers that visit, and she is always pleased to see them. She is now in a care/nursing home, but the Foxbridge manager and the carers enabled her to stay in her own home for a few years.

We have been using Foxbridge for over a year now and we're delighted with their service. They came in to help us with our elderly mother, initially just for three hour-long visits a week, and since that has been gradually upped to two daily visits seven days a week, and their care has never let us down. Though now frail my mother is a strong and determined woman and it took a bit of convincing both her and my father that they would benefit from a carer but such has been the professionalism and kindness shown by the carers themselves that I believe she actually looks forward to their visits now. The manager has responded admirably to our changing requests in that time and has fed back to us any potential problems.

All staff have supplied a friendly, respectful and caring service which have met our needs. The company has been responsive to changes in requirements over time and accommodates our needs.

We have been using Foxbridge for 19 months now and their care has always been excellent from our very first meeting, very professional with excellent customer service. The manager has been very adaptable as Mum's condition has deteriorated quite quickly and they were promptly able to provide live-in carers following a stay in hospital. All carers have been patient, attentive and able to offer many solutions. They have really enhanced Mum's quality of life and helped my family to feel secure knowing Mum is so well cared for. They take time to get to know the person they are caring for and their personality and adapt their care to suit. They treat my mum like their own family and have very quickly become part of our family. All carers speak very highly of their manager who is very hands on and visits Mum regularly and helps out whenever needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Foxbridge, they give great peace of mind to your loved ones.

The manager (and her team) visited my father at home for about a year. She primarily got him up, washed and dressed and ready for breakfast. She was amazing! She was so calm and patient and my mother was so pleased when she knew she was coming. My father was gradually deteriorating and eventually was placed in a nursing home in February 2023 but for the time leading up to that time she was a fantastic support for my mother.

My mother's care needs were well catered for by Foxbridge. Very helpful and very attentive. I really appreciated the manager stepping up to help straight away at short notice. She was very understanding and extremely helpful; it was very reassuring.

The staff at Foxbridge are wonderful. They are good timekeepers and adaptable when we needed to up the care. They treated my parents with kindness, dignity and always had time for a friendly chat. As circumstances changed we would ring the number that was given and any changes were acted upon immediately.

The carers who come to look after me are wonderful. Always smiling, kind, patient and very compassionate. I always look forward to their visits; it lightens my day. They laugh and chat with me. Always willing to do extra work. Very professional. Their work means a lot to me.

Always found the staff very helpful, and friendly towards my parents. They were always respectful, and would go that extra mile if needed. We only had them for a short while, but for the time that we did we were very satisfied with the support that we received.
