View Full Details of Clarity Homecare Milton KeynesThis is my first experience of dealing with the care industry since my husband, an Alzheimer’s patient, had a stay in hospital. The care manager came to visit him in hospital and explained to me exactly which equipment we would need at home and what to expect from the carers. From day one, I knew that I had made the right choice. The whole team are cheerful, well-trained professionals who give first-class care to my husband and are a great support to me. They feel now like part of my extended family and I cannot rate them highly enough.
Great care of my mother, who is frail and permanently blind. The support has been incredible and she has been well looked after with due care, attention and most importantly consistency. Thanks!
My son is well looked after and taken three times a week to social activities at a local charity. Whilst there have been one or two hiccups along the way, any problems are quickly resolved and treated with courtesy and prompt action. I am happy with the care they offer and my son is also confident and supported by staff.
Care provided for my wife has always been to a very high standard. Carers are well trained, confident, punctual and cheerful. At times my wife's reaction to carers has been challenging and they have responded cheerfully and with kindness. Managers have always responded promptly and competently when any issues or emergencies have arisen.
The registered manager and her team at Clarity Homecare have gone over and beyond their duties. Supporting not only our elderly mother, but the whole family. Those care ladies have the big smiles and gentle approach. We are delighted with their service.
Mum has been with Clarity Homecare for a number of years. Recently her care package has increased after a stay in hospital. The care manager was at the forefront of getting the right medical and equipment support for Mum in order that she could return home to her home. I have witnessed the staff attending to Mum and can only say they are bright, energetic and focused on giving the best care to their customers. From our experience I would have no issue in recommending Clarity and their team to any family seeking support for an elderly relative.
Right from first contact, the manager at Clarity Homecare was professional, friendly and a guiding light for our first contact with home care. Dad had been in hospital again, this time for five weeks and was desperate to go home. We needed caring and compassionate people around him to provide support for all his needs and demands. Up stepped Clarity, with a team of carers and managers who understand what is needed in challenging circumstances. The manager visited our dad at the hospital along with NHS professionals and was able to put in place the right level of care needed. We spend quality time with Dad while they pick up the pieces in the background. They are excellent at communicating with us and provide additional support to Mum who also needs help. Without Clarity, the manager and her fantastic team we would all be lost. Truly amazing and worth every single penny.
The manager and all her team have put “care” back into homecare. I have dealt with other providers which have not been short of abysmal and behaviourally are not short of abandonment. The pride and effort she ensues go way beyond her call and this also filter’s down through her team. She is always available and endeavours to meet every challenge. She has been my mainstay in trying to resolve my mother's return home after two stays in hospital and all the red tape the NHS have thrown at us. She is a credit to Clarity Homecare and I am sure her can/will do attitude and tenacity emanate through to her team.
My late husband had cancer. The carers always we kind, thoughtful and carried out their job in a totally professional manner. They took care of my husband's personal care keeping his dignity. They never made us feel uncomfortable in our own home, they loved our dogs and our dogs loved them. They always arrived on time. If there was an issue, we would be called from the office to explain if there were changes ahead of time. When my husband was passing away, one stayed with me and stayed afterwards. The care that was shown not only to my husband but to me to was outstanding. I am so very very grateful for the help and support they gave my husband and I at the most difficult time in our lives.
The care my Mum received was wonderful. Each and every carer treated her with the care and respect we expected for our much loved and cherished Mum. We are a very close family and they included us in every way possible. The love they showed her before and after she passed could not be better. Thank you all for caring for our Mum and making it possible for her to live in her home surrounded by all the family.
Coming to Clarity Homecare was the best decision that I made. Feel so blessed to have found them. Both carers and management are so friendly, caring and professional. Carers go out of their way to help. My only regret is, wish I had found them earlier. My daughters so much happier and this gives me so much relief knowing she's well looked after and cared for not having to worry about her being with someone she's not happy with. Our happy days began with Clarity and so can yours. Love all our carers. It's such a joy to see them every time they come in.
I was very apprehensive about having carers for the first time. It was a delight to welcome them into my home. Their attitude and friendliness put me at my ease. The care they gave me was very professional and I was treated with dignity. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.
