View Full Details of All Care - CrawleyAt the present time, the care from this agency has definitely deteriorated. We get so many new carers who are not competent working with the equipment my husband uses. We get so many different carers in a week and just get used to people and then don't see them again. The standard of his personal care is also not as good as it was when we first had their service.
The service was very very good and we totally agree that we can recommend All Care to anyone who needs care for loved ones. Amazing service from the total team.
What can we say? All the carers that have come to look after my dad have been A-class. They are all lovely, caring and professional.
The care that I'm getting is good. The only thing I would like to change is that the times keep changing. As a result of this, my son couldn't have a break last year and hasn't had a break for two years.
The care provider is always at the end of the phone to discuss any aspects of the care given and if this needs to be tweaked, they are happy to work in partnership to provide the best possible care for my Mum.
There are some amazing carers within this agency. My mum is cared for extremely well by the majority of them. I do feel that the weekly rota changes on a daily basis and Mum is confused by the changes. I also feel you have some amazing people working for you, their knowledge and insightfulness is not recognised or rewarded and you take advantage of them. Two of your carers have saved my mum’s life by recognising how poorly she was, but I feel that was taken for granted by your organisation. How do you really expect your employees to give the level of care that they do when they are paid and treated so poorly? I ask you to look at your management strategy and review it with haste before you lose your most important assets.
All Care have been giving my mother an absolutely fantastic service. All of your carers are superb and mum couldn’t be happier with the service that you provide, so please keep up the good work in the future.
My Auntie is very happy with the staff, they are caring and actually talk to her and not down to her, in fact, they really cheer her up some days when she is fed up, with not being able to get out of bed. I have met a lot of the young women and find them caring and kind. My Auntie and I are very happy with the care she receives from All Care, I do not live in the same county as my Auntie, but whenever I have made a surprise visit everything has always been just as it should be. The office staff are very helpful. If I have a problem they will sort it out for me.
I am pleased with the level of care that my mother is receiving. The staff are always cheerful, efficient and helpful. It was a member of staff who discovered a lump in my mother's breast. Her attention lead to early treatment for my mother.
During the last year and certainly less recently the times and number of carers my mum has had have been inconsistent. My mum would benefit from having a smaller group of regular carers who know her and who she knows. More recently I have been made aware of the pass system (though I was not told this by the care agency). This has helped as my mum's memory is failing and this has kept me more aware of what the real situation is. I appreciate that times have been difficult but when we have asked for particular carers this to a large extent has not happened. This may be because it was not possible but there seemed to be a lack of information around this and indeed 2-3 visits in the last year were missed. However more recently mum seems to have about 10 different carers a week instead of the previous 13-14 and the times seem to be more consistent with what she wants which is an improvement. Some carers are really good and a few have been poor. It is difficult to generalise.
