We are very pleased with my wife's carers. They are all kind, professional and highly competent. They are reliable and always come on time for the required period, or inform us if they are going to be delayed. We appreciate the flexibility C4 Care can offer; they can usually adapt to requests for a change in the care arrangements very quickly and at short notice.

My experience with C4 Care is amazing. I have been a client of C4 Care for a number of years now. Over that time I have been introduced to a number of excellent, caring staff. When I have had any enquiries, C4 have always been only a phone call away and always willing to help. As time has gone by, my carers have always been kept up to date with their training to fit my needs. As my conditions over the years have changed, C4 have been always been able to support me, and kept up to date with operations and any new equipment I have to use. It is important to me that I have a consistent rota of regular carers and C4 have always made that possible and overtime I have been able to build a relationship with all of my carers and built a connection where my carers have become friends.

Over the last 15 years, we have had multiple care companies who have all tried to look after my wife. We have used C4 for about 4 years now and they go out of their way to look after and care for her. I have recently taken my first respite care. And they did an amazing job both on communication and on Care. A lot of times organisations forget that it's not the actual care on a day-to-day basis but the communication with everyone around the care. So over the weekend, my wife had a great time, she asked when am I going away again so she could have this level of care. So I'm planning on going away in November and we shall see how happy she is then. C4 really do try to keep my wife happy and myself calm. We are more than happy with C4.

We are very happy with the service we are getting. There is good communication among the staff and the management. The companies we dealt with before were nerve-wracking. Therefore, we find C4 Care a responsible company.

I have always had a positive experience with C4 Care whether it be by telephone or with managerial staff. The rota has always arrived promptly. The support worker has always been prompt in arriving and has on occasion left later than scheduled for. On one occasion he had to leave my son for a very pressing happening but returned an hour later and stayed an hour extra. Another time he was delayed leaving his previous 'client' and his manager arranged for a taxi for him to collect my son who had booked tickets to the cinema and take them to the cinema. When my son was ill I was called by his support workers manager to enquire as to his health, I have dealt with other agencies for many years and this is the first time this has happened.

Overall good, but varying from outstanding to poor. It is helpful to know in advance of the rota or changes. My wife does not like to open the door when new carers turn up unannounced at night for first visit. At present, only have confidence in one of the regular carers for showers. I am unable to stand and so easily prone to falls. At present, all carers arriving promptly.

Excellent service is provided by C4 Care Ltd. Genuine support workers have been visiting me and providing the services I require. I am happy with everyone who has visited and assisted me with my requirements. The management are very good and always enquiring if everything is alright. I thank C4 Care Ltd for excellent work.

C4 Care have a professional and caring approach. My mother is well cared for and supported by the team of carers. When I have needed to ring the office with a query, it is always dealt with promptly.

Overall the carers have been kind and helpful to my mother. The only negative is the times originally agreed have not always been adhered to. We know emergencies happen, but arrival times have been rather too far excessive sometimes.

The girls are nothing short of excellent, apart from the care they give, their personality is wonderful. Communicating always, even when they receive abuse from my father who has dementia.

C4 Care is a care company of the highest calibre. All their carers are trained to the highest standards, allowing them to undertake their duties efficiently and effectively, while leaving time to chat. They are all also innately friendly, making a C4 visit feel like a good pal or family member has popped by for a cuppa and a chinwag.

The care and attention shown to my elderly mother who is aged 95 and disabled, has been exceptional for the last 3 plus years. I would not hesitate to recommend C4 Care to anyone. The genuine affection she has been shown has made her life so much more worth living and she really looks forward to seeing her carers each day.

The carers, in general, are extraordinarily helpful and professional. They passed my expectations. They are prompt, courteous, pleasant and very friendly. I can name the managers, as well as particular members of staff, as great examples of true professionals.

C4 Care always goes above and beyond to make sure my mum, who struggles with Alzheimer's and dementia, is well looked after. I really appreciate their help and feel that we all work well together as a team. Mum thoroughly enjoys her visits, and I would definitely recommend C4 Care for their cheerfulness and compassion when helping Mum.

Outstanding service. Highly professional staff. Pleasant, courteous and prompt. Speaks the Arabic language which is crucial to us. The best carers we have ever experienced. They attend on time and ensure that everything is done.

Absolutely satisfied with the care my father receives. Dedicated staff do a great job which gives me peace of mind when I’m not there. They keep on top of his medication as well as any household items he may run out of.
