I have to say that all of my carers are friendly, caring and diligent. My only criticism is that I would like to know in advance when the office has changed the rotas without asking me if it is convenient to alter my time slots.

Just started my mum with Serenity Care. The overall transition period has been hassle-free. Lots of information was given when requested and has left me as worry-free as I can be. The office staff is friendly and efficient and the carers are lovely with my mum. Would highly recommend Serenity Care in such a scary and overwhelming time. Thank you.

Serenity Care Solent provide an excellent, reliable service. They have been so flexible when we have needed to move things around. Their staff have always been very understanding of our requirements and helpful when needed. They have contacted us when they felt we should know anything or they had concerns. We're very happy with the service.

Serenity Care has provided daily half-hour visits to my 96-year-old mother while I was away. A variety of ladies visited her, provided companionship and did the occasional bit of shopping for her. She was happy and it gave me peace of mind. I am very happy with the company and the service they provide.

We were initially reluctant to go to an agency of any sort, having already developed our own team of private carers on whom we rely for 3x a day 7 days a week care for Granny. How amazing Serenity Care is! The individual attention to detail is fantastic! The home visits by the Manager prior to the booking of any carers worked wonderfully well and we were impressed with the level of detail which was then passed on to the lovely carers. It was a little bit more expensive per visit than we are used to, but then we only used them for emergencies when one of our (five) carers was on holiday. However, this was more than made up for by the flexibility and their ability to drop in at very short notice, and for the way in which I was able to adjust the schedule on the go. It all worked seamlessly well and we would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Our family were extremely pleased when we found Serenity Care Solent, the carers can communicate with Father well and the visits are calm, quiet and without the hint of any problems (the previous care agency we were set up with for 1 month was like some form of bizarre comedy act! It was then that we decided to go privately). Serenity is professional and decent at all times and very flexible as we do not require care visits on a daily basis. Carers etc. were all very new to us and it got off to a bad start but Serenity restored our faith in the whole thing. Well done and keep up the outstanding work!

The carers are always friendly and look after my mum very well. Always keep me informed of anything they feel I should know with regard to her wellbeing. She gets to know her carers as they are usually the same and this helps her to feel comfortable around them.

Very professional, friendly staff. Very good communication from managers down. I would highly recommend their services. Good continuity of staff attending my mother. They listen to her requests and give a great service.

Very happy to provide positive feedback to Serenity, who has provided daily help and support to our elderly mother for the past few years. A good local company who have proved very efficient at a reasonable cost.

I engaged Serenity Care Solent in April 2023, as my mum’s dementia progressed and regular care and companionship became necessary to allow Mum to continue to live in her own home safely. I am constantly impressed by the service and care provided by Serenity for my mother. On numerous occasions I have needed to adjust elements of Mum’s care, alter schedules and add additional days and tasks (like getting Mum and dog to the vets) and always the team at Serenity have willingly accommodated my needs. Their willingness to adapt and support, the warmth and care provided by their staff and the comfort and surety I enjoy, knowing they have Mum’s health, safety and mental wellbeing first and foremost, is a blessing. I cannot recommend the team highly enough and would have no question in recommending them to others seeking care services.

Serenity Care Solent Ltd are providing such a high standard of help and care to my mum. She has her independence, this is achieved with the support of the care team. She now feels secure in her day to day life. The care team are true to the company name “Serenity”. Calm, peaceful and tranquil caring people. The care team always arrive at the agreed time, smiling and ensuring my mum has the support for any of her needs. This is reassuring for all her family members that can’t be there everyday. From my initial enquiry I was so impressed with their professional approach, knowledge and being so friendly. Highly recommend this local company, as all of the team truly care.

My mother is very pleased with the care provided by Serenity Care. It allows her to remain relatively independent in her home while having the reassurance that any issues will be quickly picked up. She also very much enjoys the company the carers provide.

We started to use Serenity Care for my father about four months ago. I felt the initial visit to look at what care was required showed how professional Serenity Care are, which made me feel at ease compared with the previous care agency we were using. Serenity carers are professional/polite and care for the people they look after. The office staff are always helpful and supportive. Would happily recommend Serenity Care.

Serenity Care supports my mother and has enabled her to be more independent. As her health has improved, her care plan has been updated, and they have kept me informed of these changes. My mother’s carers are very friendly and flexible in supporting her needs.

Great team of staff carers. Carers have demonstrated a real caring attitude during my parent's ongoing aged-related requirements for care. Regular and flexible care visits have given them a great deal of peace of mind.

My wife has been blessed by Serenity Care attending our house since July 2023 every morning between 8.15 and 9 .15 am and the punctuality and the initial greeting have been excellent. My wife was not too enthusiastic about our using Serenity care initially but she has become aware of the many benefits, although, because of her various problems, she unfortunately does not always appear too happy. No carer has been put off by this behaviour and she has been looked after very, very well. As her husband, I have been delighted with the extra benefits that have come my way, as the carers have been so helpful in helping me with attending to my personal and household needs. Your office has also been exemplary in keeping me informed about any changes or information I need to know and your entire operation is always ready to help and willing to listen. I have nothing but praise for the relationship that has been established between myself and Serenity Care. Thank you very much!

Serenity Care has proved themselves to be caring, thoughtful and reliant. My father uses them to help him with the evening meal and has very much enjoyed the companionship which comes with this task. Communication is superb and the staff and management have made my job much easier and been a bonus to my father. I know they will be there for any future requirements as and when needed. I would highly recommend to others.

We used Serenity Care to look after my father, the manager was very professional and wrote my father's care plan with what he required and requested. My father enjoyed the carers visiting, they would always chat to him, very professional in their care for him and went above and beyond. The requests by the family and my father were always met. My father will miss the carers, now he is going into a new home with care. Would recommend Serenity Care.

We were impressed with the continuity of care by all members of staff who came into our home. The staff went out of their way to help my husband and myself, nothing was ever too much trouble. We would happily recommend this company.
