The lady I speak to most frequently really knows, and wants to know, the ins and outs of my mum's requirements and has gone out of her way to ensure my mum's safety, cleanliness and wellness. She also has been willing to take time to speak to me to greater understand my mum and her needs as well as help put things into action quickly. Even if this means attending to Mum personally. All staff are friendly and have a lovely nature and my mum seems happy when they arrive to assist her.

The carers from Personalised Community Care Ltd. have been very caring and have looked after our father’s needs with dignity and respect. They have provided the care that we so desperately needed especially since our dear mother passed away recently.

The carer is lovely, friendly and very efficient. She’s also always on time and never lets us down. My dad is very happy with the service we receive from Personalised Care Limited. Managers are very communicative and supper is when we need it.

It has been a good experience. So far Personalised Community Care has been very prompt in replying to queries. They are providing a good service and care. If any concerns were made then they were dealt with efficiently.
