Excellent service, carers are lovely and always reliable and on time. I didn't think that mum would accept carers at first but she really looks forward to them coming in now. We have a communication book so carers can leave messages about what mood mum is in, what she has had to eat or if we have run out of anything, or if I need to report any changes .This works really well. All the carers are so professional and caring, they have a great relationship with mum and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for all your support for mum.

We appointed Bluebird Care to provide drop in carers from August 2024 when my dad's Alzheimer's had progressed. Mum needed increasing support for personal care and occasional respite. During the 5 months, I found Bluebird to be reliable, caring and professional. As Dad's care needs increased, they went above and beyond to help when things became difficult such as Dad's mobility. The carers' communication via the online app was helpful since I live 2 hours away. The roster managed efficiently with occasional extra help added when possible. The manager always replied to my emails and was particularly helpful when Dad's care moved to end of life. Her reliability and efficiency much appreciated. She arranged for a live in carer to assist when Dad's brief care home stay did not go successfully. Not an easy thing to do 4 days before Christmas! My dad died in early January and we will always be grateful to the carers, a few in particular, who supported us through this very challenging time.

After a less-than-satisfactory discharge of my mum from hospital for palliative care at home, Bluebird Care Services (Great Yarmouth) has given my dad, sister and me excellent help and advice. One person going above and beyond what was scheduled. Before her serious fall, my mum had Bluebird carers for three years to help with personal care and we have found that she has been treated with kindness and respect. The carers also gave my dad a break from care and cheered him up each day.

Getting used to strangers coming into the house to shower your client has been difficult as I have always seen after him myself, nice, friendly young men, I am gradually coming to terms with the need for them.

I was so worried about using carers for my mum but we couldn't cope on our own anymore. I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone with no qualms. Each and every one of your staff has been absolutely brilliant with Mum, even taking time to chat with me if I have rang Mum whilst the carer has been there, I have yet to meet anyone face to face but I go in at lunchtime. The office staff are always helpful and friendly, no matter how many times I contact them to let them know when I won't be available. Well done everyone, you really have been my sanity savers.

I contacted Bluebird Care as we required a live-in carer for my parents at very short notice. They arranged a visit within a few days and provided us with a wonderful lady who both my parents are very comfortable with. Very professional service from the office staff and carer alike. Would 100% recommend this company.

My mum has had Bluebird Care since August helping with the things she struggles with, though she can do a lot for herself it's still a comfort for her to have some make life a bit easier and have a chat and the carers are all really lovely people. It's also reassuring for us, the family, that someone is keeping an eye on her and via the app, we get the schedule of which carer and what time they will be visiting Mum and also, we can check their notes too. I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone looking for care while still being able to live at home.

Mum has had Bluebird Care helping her since September and I can't thank them enough. The care they have shown Mum is really appreciated by both myself and Mum. Her carers are kind, helpful and nothing is too much for them when asked to help with something. Having the app on my phone gives me peace of mind that Mum is safe and well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird to anyone looking for care at home for their loved ones. Thank you to the manager and her team.

Bluebird Care could not have been faulted, they were excellent with everything they completed. Nothing was too much trouble, time keeping was absolutely spot on. A big thank you to the Bluebirds staff and to their office.

We used Bluebird Care Home Care for my mum while we were on holiday in Gorleston on Sea. We were very pleased with everything. The carers were so helpful and friendly which put my mum at ease and were excellent with her. Fantastic service and great carers. We will be returning next year for a holiday and will definitely be using Bluebird Care again. Thank you.

Bluebird Care is excellent. The carers are doing a wonderful job of looking after my elderly father, they are very attentive to his needs and nothing is too much trouble. Likewise, the supervisors always respond quickly to answer any questions and are very helpful. I am extremely happy with the care that Dad is receiving and feel that Dad has the very best with Bluebird.

The care of my father during the final few weeks of his life was simply superb. The two main carers were wonderful help and support not only for my father but for the famil. One was quite amazing and went the extra mile every time. Kind, thoughtful and really did care.

Good level of care. The client is treated with dignity and respect. No rush. Staff friendly and competent. Supervisors are quick to respond to calls and queries. Staff use appropriate Personal protective equipment (PPE) to reduce the risk of infection. My mother appreciates listening to chat and local news.

Bluebird Care has been brilliant for my husband. They do personal care and companionship visits with him and he is always happy to see them. The carers are fantastic, they really support him being independent and have a good chat with him. The office staff always try very hard to accommodate any changes.

It would be good if it was just two or three regular carers instead of a different carer on each visit. Dad has dementia and he finds it confusing.

Bluebird Care is excellent. The carers are doing a wonderful job of looking after my elderly father, they are very attentive to his needs and nothing is too much trouble. Likewise, the supervisors always respond quickly to answer any questions and are very helpful. I am extremely happy with the care that Dad is receiving and feel that Dad has the very best with Bluebird.
