I've been with ICare Network for a couple of years and I'm thrilled with the care I have received from the company and the individual carers and I can't recommend them highly enough. My carers have become my family and they go above and beyond to make certain my quality of life is as high as it can possibly be. The manager and her team have been simply amazing with liaising with my doctors, specialists, social services, community care services, other agencies and care practitioners to make certain I have an extremely high level of continuity of care. My care has thrown many complex situations at ICare Network and my stalwart carers and they have always handled everything with utmost respect, dignity, grace, and aplomb. I have nothing but admiration for the excellent support I have received in situations I know challenged both myself and my carers in ways they will not have encountered before yet I have never doubted their willingness or ability to support me. To the manager and my carers, my love and eternal gratitude.

ICare Network looked after my mum for the last 7 months that she was able to live in her own home. They were brilliant, my mum was very difficult to care for! She has now moved to a care home as she is not safe living by herself anymore. I would highly recommend ICare Network - Ticked all the boxes.

We were at Mum's and when her carer arrived, Mum's face lit up. He was very natural and relaxed with her and made her a coffee and offered us one. Bought food for her and gave her her meds then asked her to accompany him so that he could check her stoma bag and asked her to pop and empty it. She went very obligingly and when she came back I noticed she’d applied her lipstick and perfume, only 89 years old! Very happy to see how at ease she was with the carers. Gives her something to look forward to twice a day and reassures us she won’t forget to eat or take her meds or empty her bag.

Being fairly new to the service and after having a really bad experience with another care provider, I had concerns about going elsewhere to provide care for my elderly father, who has dementia, but I am extremely happy that I have chosen this care provider. From the carers through to the manager, I can't fault the service we have received so far. I was given a link to an app for my phone from day one so that I can be kept informed on the care provided on each visit, and was also provided with the contact details of the manager for added security in case I needed to discuss anything I felt wasn't right. The rapport I have with everyone involved with my father's care is excellent; I am kept informed every step of the way, even to the point that if the manager isn't happy with a report, she will call me and discuss it. The agency as a whole has taken a huge weight off my shoulders, and I'm eternally grateful to them. Thank you.
