The staff at Nova Care are polite and cheerful and I look forward to seeing them each day. They are always on time, and prompt so far. Been with Nova Care for 3 months now. Satisfied with the care provided thus far.

Mum was ill in January and Nova Care really made a difference to my piece of mind whilst she was recovering and I wasn't able to be there. This support has continued through in February with an increased package of care to see Mum through to better health. The team operate with such care and compassion - I have been at Mum's a couple of times when the team have arrived and they are so kind, listening to Mum's chat whilst discretely checking in with her medication and whether she has eaten/drunk anything that day. Mum isn't sure why she has the team in twice a day because she isn't aware of her own difficulties but the team operate around these to make sure she is safe and it lifts some of the load from me. I genuinely cannot recommend the team at Nova Care highly enough.

Mum has had Nova as her care company since she came out of hospital in 2022. She originally had them 3 times a day and as she improved this was cut down to once a day then cancelled altogether. It wasn’t long that care was reinstated as Mum missed having someone to come and be able to chat to and also they gave her more confidence in showering and having her breakfast made for her. All her carers take such great care of her and I always recommend Nova if anyone asks about finding a good care company. Couldn’t ask for a better company to look after Mum.

Nova Care have been life-changing for our family. Our parents, both 89 are able to stay together in their home with visits 3 times a day. Their expertise, professionalism and utter human kindness shines through every single day. We will forever be indebted to these wonderful people who are simply heaven sent. Thank you.

Nova Care have been visiting my 93-year-old mother for over 12 months now to help with personal care and we are totally satisfied with the service provided. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I would like to say the team who have looked after our mum were excellent. They were caring, friendly and very reliable. It took Mum a while to feel comfortable with them but she was heading towards 100 years old, so it was to be expected. They were very patient with her and certainly won her trust. It gave us peace of mind they were there when they said they would be, through all weathers. Highly recommended.

My 95-year-old father receives daily visits from Nova Care and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The managing director and her team are so accommodating and flexible - Dad really enjoys the visits and has formed firm bonds with his carers. All the carers are friendly and treat Dad with respect and dignity - so important for an older person. We had tried another agency first and the experience couldn’t have been more different: with Nova Care, we know the carers and can trust them to put Dad’s needs first. They are a professional, well-organised outfit who have become a welcome part of our lives, helping me feel reassured that he is cared for when I’m not around. Thanks to them all!

We have used Nova Care for three years, and every member of staff is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and they regularly go above and beyond in their care of my mum. Mum was really ill and needed their care four times a day initially. The care and help Nova gave was second to none, and continues in that same way today. Mum only has them once a day now, to get her up in the morning, give her her meds, and a shower, and each carer gives her the same individual and thoughtful attention each day. If Mum doesn't feel 100% one day, she will invariably receive a phone call from Nova, or even a quick visit later in the day, to check how she is, that's how good they are. My sister and I couldn't wish for better for Mum, and we know that if we need Nova to help further, they will be there for us. Managing Director, Admin/Community Care Practitioner and the rest of the team, bless you all, you are absolutely amazing and I would recommend Nova Care to anyone looking for great care for a loved one!

Mum was needing extra assistance and I was looking for a company that would be able to support Mum's needs. First I had a meeting at Mum's home with the manager, who explained everything about the service they provided. I instantly felt at ease with the information that was given to us, including a gallery of the carers so we all knew who would be attending. This was reassuring for me knowing that Nova Care made safety of their clients a high priority. From the very first day Mum started having home visits, every carer was brought to her home and introduced by another colleague, so no one was a stranger. Nova Care have always been flexible and supportive with visiting times when the need arose to accommodate other appointments. They also notified me to reduce the attendance time, as they felt that the carers could complete in a shorter time without compromising care given. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nova Care to anyone looking for a company with carers you can trust.

My 91-year-old dad has been receiving daily visits from the Nova Care team for a month now. He and my mum look forward to the visits and it has taken the pressure off both my mum and I. Dad's carers are so accommodating, caring, patient, reliable, friendly and professional. During my initial conversation with the director, I explained what my dad's requirements are and we discussed and agreed on the frequency and duration of visits then she created a care plan to ensure his needs were met. Nothing is too much trouble and I love that I get a daily report on the app. When I had some technical issues with the app, the director rectified the problem efficiently. I also like that my dad has the same carers calling in and that they were each introduced to my parents by the director before they began visiting. It is really reassuring to know that my dad is being cared for by such genuinely kind people and I now have peace of mind. Thank you Nova Care Team, you're all superstars!

I would definitely recommend Nova Care. They are skilled, kind, friendly and responsive to my parents' needs which are not always predictable. All the staff are so kind and I can see that it's more than just a job to them. It gives me peace of mind to know my parents are in good and caring hands when I'm not around.

The manager and the team have been nothing but absolute stars so helpful, caring and go out of their way to look after my mum. For me, the best around would recommend Nova Care 100%. The staff are so polite and never complain.

Nova Care are our current providers of all aspects of care for our mum. The staff are kind and genuinely caring people, who always go above and beyond to provide support to not only our mum but also to us as a family. In our mother's recent deterioration due to her disability, staff at Nova Care have been amazing in changing their usual daily requirements to accommodate her needs, they go out of their way to be as helpful as they can. My mum has Alzheimer's and has fallen in her home twice within 6 weeks. The care provided by Nova Care has been excellent. The manager is from a nursing background and went out to be with my mum straight after it happened most recently. She checked my mum out and stayed with my dad until the ambulance came to take my mum to hospital. Over the past month, Nova Care carers have visited them both four times a day. They have helped my mum practice walking, get her ready for bed and up in a morning. Nothing we ask for is too much trouble. If the dog needs walking they will do it, if washing needs putting on they will do that too. It is really reassuring to know they are calling in. They are patient, kind and very responsive. I really appreciate the support they provide for my parents.

Mum and Dad are now 82 and 84 and they both suffer with the cruel disease that is dementia, it's very difficult for the family, and we have used Nova Care now for a good few years. Mum and dad both need help day to day and it gives the family some respite and relief that they are cared for as we all work full time and the extra care is a godsend to the family. They always seem happy and nothing's too much trouble for the team if we have concerns or need extra help, if we forget small things like jam and bread they're always there to pitch in and help. All in all a great service and care with dignity and respect, would definitely recommend for your loved ones.

My 98-year-old mum was finally accepted for an assisted Care Home Placement in September 2021. Prior to that my mum had been living semi independently and during 2021 the family decided she would benefit from some structured help from professionals, which was not embraced wholeheartedly by my mum. Having no previous experience of private Home Care, I researched online and made numerous phone calls, finally whittling it down to two companies. We went with Nova Care as a result of an interview at mum's home. We made the right choice. They overcame mum's reluctance and very soon mum was happy and just as important, the family could relax a little. I would, and have, recommended Nova Care to anyone who is needing care for a loved one. 5 Star rating all round!

I have excellent carers looking after my dad. They visit twice a day and he always looks forward to them coming as they have good conversations with him and lots of laughs. He loves them all to bits and makes me promise they won’t stop visiting him. I am glad they were recommended to us as they are the best.

I used Nova Care to help me whilst my usual carer (family member) were on holiday. I had other carers in before and felt very nervous about doing it again after a not so pleasant experience, but the girls were fantastic. They were very cheerful, professional and as their name says very caring. I need a lot of help with my mobility and felt very safe and supported by the girls who came to see me. I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you Nova Care.
