Following a major operation in December, my daughter researched possible home care providers to assist me when discharged. Alina Homecare responded to her enquiry the same day and agreed to a very reasonably priced care package to operate from the following week. The carers have been first class - professional, efficient, kind and caring. They arrive on time, happily attend to my needs and carry out household tasks which I am not able for yet. They make very helpful suggestions regarding full rehabilitation for me to consider without pressure and offer full support. The management backup has been first class. As a professional myself, I recognise the excellence of the care assessment at the outset and the careful reviews subsequently undertaken to ensure that all my needs are covered. They are also very flexible about any changes to time and length of care input to suit my individual and changing needs which is first class. I highly recommend Alina Homecare - excellent in every way.

My 92-year-old Mum was very reluctant to have any kind of help but we persuaded her to have a meeting to talk it through. A lady came to Mum's house along with me and discussed ways Alina could help her remain in her own home safely. At this point, she still kept saying she didn't need any help but finally agreed to give it a go. After a few calls, she really enjoyed seeing her carer and actually said she couldn't really manage without them now. After a few months now Mum is really enjoying the help and they treat Mum as if they would treat one of their own family members, with empathy, kindness and care. I am really pleased that Alina Homecare is supporting our family in this way. I would fully recommend them for affordable Homecare services.

Since engaging Alina Homecare to support our relative we are so pleased with the service provided and the lovely caring attitude of all the care staff. Nothing is too much trouble and there is a great willingness to know the person who is being cared for, how they tick and how to encourage them even when they're being resistant. Knowing that carers see our relative twice a day and that if and when there's something we should be made aware of we receive a call or email. Really positive about the team at Alina Homecare Andover.

After my grandmother had a hospital stay, we were referred to Alina Care to help with her needs. We had a negative experience with our previous care company, so were naturally wary of new people coming in, but Alina Care has put all of our worries aside and provided exceptional care They have fitted in with our live-in carer, and family carers perfectly, but most importantly with my Grandmother. I can honestly say they go the extra mile with her for every need, with not a single bad experience. They always come in with a smile on their faces, make the effort to check in on her, and make sure she is involved in decisions, rather than just getting on with the job. They are always at the end of the phone when needed, and the app is amazing to keep us in the loop on daily care. I will also say they have been a big support to me, and it feels like having friends coming in to care for my Grandmother. Will 100% recommend this company to anyone needing care Biggest thank you to all at Alina Care.

My experience so far has been very good. The carers are lovely and very helpful. I could not manage without them as I am housebound. When I go out I need a wheelchair especially for shopping. They are kind and considerate and very helpful in all ways. They have done wonders for my mental health, I have something and someone to look forward to each week.

I was really lucky to find Alina Homecare when my elderly father had a fall and became housebound. I live the best part of 200 miles away from my father's home and without Alina it would be simply impossible to meet my father's wish to stay in his own home. They provide a very a high standard of care, attention to detail and importantly not just support for my father but also me without which I could not manage the many issues that have arisen and continue to arise on a periodic basis. It would be wrong to single out any particular member of the team as they are all brilliant, particularly with my father, and I cannot praise them enough for their proactive and considered approach to managing his care. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alina Homecare to anyone.

Alina's lovely carers have been visiting my parents for about 7 months now, initially to get to know my mother, who has Alzheimer's and to also provide some respite care for my father (who we discovered has advanced prostate cancer during this time). It took a while for them to get to know Mum, who is often confused, agitated and sometimes aggressive. The lockdowns and the 'tight care bubble' she formed with Dad meant that Mum been refusing any care of any sort from anyone, (including the family). With patient, regular visits, the carers have got Mum onside and are now providing daily personal care to Mum and general support, keeping things ticking over for Dad. The app notes the carers take and share with us are also invaluable for helping to understand how Mum is and what other things we can do to support our parents. We are so happy with their fantastic work, and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My sister-in-law suddenly needed help in looking after her domestic needs, the local social services became involved but only for a limited 4-week period. So, we urgently sought local domestic care companies and chose Alina Homecare Andover who we found to be well-established, very helpful and most of all very personable. They very quickly and smoothly took over the social services and existing family support with an agreed support care package which fulfilled my sister-in-law’s needs and wishes. Their regular daily friendly visits are very reassuring to her and Alina’s post-visit online report allows me to be kept informed of her condition and mood, as well as knowing all duties are being carried out to her satisfaction. Alina has made a great difference; the family can now enjoy visiting without having to do any outstanding chores. Alina has become an important part of her daily life, she finds them very supportive and friendly and is feeling more confident she can manage again.

I have had help from Alina Homecare at Andover for just over a year ago because I’m physically disabled and housebound. All the staff from the manager to the newest carer I met have been extremely nice and so helpful. I really look forward to seeing the carers who come to my home to help me - they are just fantastic. They come in with a big smile and are always so cheerful and friendly. I feel as though they look forward to seeing me too! They are also quick and efficient at helping me. They remember where things are kept in my home so that when they leave my house is spick and span and my next meal is ready for me to heat it up. Overall, the help I get from Alina Homecare is outstanding and makes my life so much easier. I would strongly recommend it to others.

I have been a client of Alina Home Care from September 2022 to October 2023, originally to get me up in the mornings but as my illness has progressed during the past year I now have them at night as well. I can honestly say they are exceptional. As I am now housebound, their carers have made life easier in every way they can. Help with personal care and more mundane things such as getting the washing machine and dishwasher loaded. One of their actions is to write their notes to a central office where each of the other carers can read and act upon when they next visit It helps them and me because I might forget sometimes As I have previously stated their care is exceptional and their regular training days keep the carers up to date. I would highly recommend them.

I have been with Alina Homecare Andover for around a year now, and have been very impressed with their reliability, standard of care and friendliness. I receive a care schedule every week and find that their punctuality is exemplary. Their carers are kind and considerate, and I look forward to seeing them each day, which is a very good sign of satisfaction.

My husband received help from Alina Homecare, Andover for two weeks, following a reablement team service when he was discharged from hospital. He is now able to do his own personal care. The carers from Alina Homecare have been consistently friendly, patient, good-humoured, and professional. The majority were thorough and careful. All were kind and on time.

My Mum was very reluctant to admit she needed help, let alone let strangers into her house, but Alina have provided compassionate and considerate care from the start. Alina was the first provider I approached. They visited Mum in her home to talk about what help she wanted and listened to her. We didn't approach anyone else after that and I haven't regretted that. Mum is delighted. And that's all that matters.

The girls have become an extension of our family, they not only give my daughter great care they support her with her choices and my daughter is excited when they come to our house. I trust them with my daughter implicitly, this means I can go to work and not worry, knowing they treat and care for my daughter with dignity and respect.

My 90-year-old mum still lives independently at home but now needs some help with showering. I approached Alina Homecare who came to Mum's apartment to discuss her needs and listen to what she wanted. What was nice was the fact time was taken to get to know Mum, her likes and dislikes and discuss what we wanted doing within the allocated time. The girls are all very attentive and look after Mum, she now feels like they have become her friends which shows she feels comfortable with them. They're very professional and at the end of the visit fill in their report which can be assessed by myself through the app. I definitely highly recommend Alina Homecare and if the time comes we need more help would not hesitate to ask.

My husband has been looked after by Alina Homecare Andover for nearly 5 weeks now and cannot praise them enough. The carers look after his medical needs efficiently, have taken him to the GP surgery, and encouraged him to take short walks. They are happy to share a laugh and a joke with him on his good days but are also sympathetic and understanding on his bad ones.

Overall I am very happy with the service Alina provide to my mother. In challenging times the staff are kind, cheerful and show Mum dignity and respect. Yes, there are occasional problems, but nothing that can’t be easily resolved. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We have been very pleased with the level of service and care provided by the Manager, the Field Care Supervisor, and their Andover team. The carers who come in daily are cheerful, friendly, and helpful, often going above and beyond the call of duty. If any issues and problems arise they are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The app is an excellent tool providing peace of mind to relatives who cannot visit. The Manager and the Field Care Supervisor are always at the end of the phone for reassurance. Thank you to all.

Wow, the manager and her team have been amazing. We managed to get mum out of hospital, but it was three days before she woke up and asked for a cup of tea. The manager and co have been so supportive, flexible, and encouraging for the last three weeks, coming on board at a day's notice and managing to fit us in. They have been there for us in our hour of need, especially the manager who rearranged her childcare so she could help us in a crisis over a weekend. We now have mum in a much better condition than when she came home and are now looking at the next stage. It will be a shame when the girls stop coming in to see us. I just hope there are such carers when I am in need of them myself.

We started using Alina when my Mum's health deteriorated greatly due to her cancer symptoms worsening. After a thorough home visit by the supervisor, the initial visits started very quickly and I was very happy with the service that we received from all members of staff. The service provided is very flexible and they were able to provide a second daily visit when requested. We only used them for just over 2 weeks (as Mum was admitted to a hospice), but I cannot recommend them enough as all staff treated her with kindness and respect when she was close to the end of her life. I also felt that they gave me time to ask questions at a difficult time, which was greatly appreciated as her main carer. All visits were on time and all staff were great at explaining everything clearly to Mum (as her cognition was not good).
