My family and I cannot thank Veracity Healthcare enough. For their dedication, they showed to my mum. Yes, we had moments when it was hard looking after Mum at times she could be strong-willed, at times she refused meals or drinks but bless her she was confined to a profile bed. But through those times the carer's support was tremendous they also had support for me and the boys who found it a difficult time. Towards the end, the support we were given was overwhelming the respect and dignity that my mum passed with gave the family strength. I would say if you needed a loved one to be cared for towards the end of life I would recommend Veracity Healthcare this is more so like my mum was 2 to 1 four times a day. Keep doing what you are doing.

I cannot express enough thanks to the wonderful carers who looked after my partner before he sadly passed away at the weekend. The care and compassion from every single one of them was outstanding. He was treated with complete dignity and all of the carers just wanted him to be as comfortable as possible in his last few weeks of life. They were here for him but also took the time to ask how I was, which really meant a lot. If my partner was feeling too poorly to be moved about, they did their best to make him as comfortable as they could then spent the remaining time talking to him and asking him about his horse racing bets and his love of gardening. He was made to feel like an individual, not just another client on a list of jobs for the day. At every visit, they made the most of the time and ensured everything was within his reach before leaving. Thank you, thank you, thank you -you made one of the worst times of our lives just that bit more bearable.

A company which is very badly managed. On my dad's first day from hospital, the carer turned up with no care plan and didn’t know what my dad's needs were. I rang the manager to ask why she had put the staff and my dad in a very vulnerable position. She said she did not have time to do a care plan. I offered to meet her the following morning to put a care plan in place and she refused, saying she was too busy. So informed her that she left me with no choice but to report them to CQC. She made no comment. The situation did not get much better. I would not recommend this company to look after my dog.

My father was cared for by Veracity Healthcare after his previous care company failed to meet his needs. I was astonished how my father improved not just physically but mentally and emotionally after only a few days of care from Fungai and her team. They looked after him like he was their father, with love and attention to detail. Before he passed away this month he told me to thank his 'top team'. I can’t thank you enough. You replaced a small part of my late mother for him and that made him feel alive again.
