We have only been using Right at home for 3 weeks, for my mums care, however we are so impressed with the carers, they are so kind, professional, their feedback and communication is so helpful. My mum enjoys chatting with the carers too, they treat her with dignity, interest and respect, and take an interest in her life too.

We found Right at Home through an online search engine, which searched online for carers in our area that met our needs. We needed carers twice a day for my mum who has mid-stage dementia. Right at Home responded within minutes to our request and we were impressed by the swift response and the quality in the level of service they were offering. We met at my mum's home within the next two days and during this meeting it was apparent that Right at Home would meet all our needs for my mum. They started by asking about my mum's likes, needs, and activities including what she liked doing. It might seem obvious, but I was very pleased they focused on her first. They then covered elements about her home, medical history and finished with the finance side and contract. Their carers started three days later and they are delivering what they stated. Right at Home have been friendly, professional, efficient and most importantly responded to our input and needs in a very prompt way. We are really pleased.

For the 6 months we used Right at a home, they were always friendly and highly efficient from an office/administrative perspective. They went above and beyond in their willingness to help and be flexible. The standard and quality of the carers was in a different league to my experience of other care companies such as Helping Hands. Overall they provide a very caring, kind and compassionate service adhering to high standards. They enabled my Aunt to stay in her own house 6 months longer than she would otherwise have been able to. She formed positive bonds with many of the carers. Their communication with me was excellent and I found them straightforward to deal with.

I can't thank the staff at Right At Home enough. We have an ongoing care package for Mum with Right At Home that has been in place for nearly 12 months. I recently rang to enquire about increasing the amount of care Mum receives as I recognised that I was struggling to cope. The staff were lovely, and totally took on board what I was saying I needed extra help with. They promptly responded with how they could help and what availability they had and swiftly put in place an increased amount of care. Honestly, the relief is immense as I know the carers are all so capable. Mum has dementia and the carers are all brilliant with her.

Friendly and helpful, staff who support the needs of my mother. Regular reviews of the care package helps in the support that is given. Help with jobs to be done in the home and support with visits to the local shop should they be needed are all part of the support. It is reassuring to know that her medication is being dispensed as it should be via the carer.

Right at Home supports my parents (both in their 90s with complex needs) with daily visits so they can remain independent in their own home. Following a recent emergency hospital admission for my father, Right at Home was able to organise next-day care for my mother (who has dementia and limited eye-sight) and live-in care within just a few days. All of this was arranged by the duty manager on a Sunday! The standard of live-in care was very high and allowed my mother to stay in her own home and my father to be discharged earlier than would otherwise have been possible, despite still being very weak from pneumonia and heart complications. The sympathetic and unobtrusive care provided allowed my father to recover quickly and my parents have now returned to the level of care they previously required. The level of support offered to both my parents and myself was fantastic and helped make a stressful and worrying time more manageable both practically and emotionally.

Very impressed with the service. Right at Home have professional staff who provided an excellent quality of care suited to my needs. Each carer was friendly, chatty and helpful, even collecting prescriptions for me. Reliable, efficient and supportive, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone needing extra help.

This is a very well-run care agency with excellent carers. They are punctual, courteous and well-trained. Communication is always excellent and we can get hold of them at any time. We like the way they ensure new carers are familiarised with patients before they start. We also feel as though we are important and valued by the agency. All in all, fantastic customer service!

The care we receive for the client my sister and our family is absolutely superb. All the carers who come are kind, friendly and go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble. They not only cater for her needs in the home but take her shopping, to cafes, and on picnics which the carer organises. There is consistency of the carers who come and we are informed if there is even a slight change in the programme. The people in the office are extremely efficient and keep us well informed. Everything is very well organised. They go to great lengths to provide the client and family with the service that is required. The office personnel are kind and caring and do their very best to tailor the client's needs to the ongoing changing circumstances. I think we have been with them for about two years now and we are highly delighted with the care they give. We couldn’t have chosen a better Company than Right at Home.

Right at Home was there for my mum when I couldn’t be. The simplest of things were too difficult for her to do alone. With the help of the Right At Home team, I could go to work and get through my day without constantly worrying about my mum’s welfare. They helped her to wash, dress, take medication and eat her meals. I was fully informed of the care she’d been given and had full confidence in the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing extra help.

A company you can rely on and trust. From our first meeting at the offices to the home assessment, the team were so engaging, polite and understanding. The assistance we received on the day of our daughter's wedding was amazing and took the pressure off us all. Our parents were looked after incredibly well, and it meant that we all could enjoy a very special day. A huge thank you to you all.

My parents' carer has been very reassuring. She is kind, flexible and very competent. My mother has been quite intolerant of her carers in the past, but she is very appreciative of her new Right at Home carers.

Right at Home were able to start caring for my parents very quickly once we realised carer visits were a necessity. The professionalism shown during setting up the care has carried forward into the care and service given by the carers who see my parents every day and also with the management side. All the team have made what was and is a stressful time so much easier for all the family, but especially for my parents who are really so pleased and grateful for the carers who visit them daily. Also, due to a sudden hospital stay for one of my parents, Right at Home was able to give extra care immediately, again easing the pressure and worry for all concerned. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Right at Home for anybody who needs care at home.

We needed additional carers to visit my father in the evenings and Right at Home were able to set up a package at very short notice. The need was mainly for companionship and the carers were very friendly and my father enjoyed the conversations he had with them. Unfortunately, my father was admitted to hospital after only a few visits and passed away soon afterwards but we will always be grateful for the support which Right at Home gave him.

Right at Home were fantastic and helped us when we didn't know what else to do. They were extremely quick and professional - managing to fit in the assessment visit within days. The carers were so kind and good with my mum especially as it was her first experience using carers. Right at Home listened to our needs and were able to help at times that suited my mum. I would like to say a big thank you for all their help and support.

When both my mother was ill and my father had an operation I turned to Right at Home to help look after both of them. The staff understood the needs of both my parents and it was adjusted as their health improved. Sadly, my mother passed away but the staff have continued to care for my father and offer support to me at what has been a very difficult time. The staff are always kind and caring and take the time to talk and listen to my father. I would recommend Right at Home for care.
