Un-organised administration. Employing people who are obviously not suited to care. Our Mum was overdosed by a carer and could have died. A carer looked under Mum's sheets and saw she had soiled the bed, covered her up and left her. Dropped medication. Lots of times no carers were available and family had to cover the calls. Always too late or too early. With all of that said they actually had 3-4 outstanding carers who went above and beyond. Any time we complained about things we were threatened with 28 days' notice which would potentially leave us without a care package for our Mum who has severe dementia.

No continuity in arrival times, often can't staff calls and expect family to cover at short notice, now refusing to cover calls 0.6 mile from their office. Not even had the courtesy to notify me in person. Very disappointing! There are much better care providers out there!
