Thank you to all the team as they looked after my brother when things got bad and we were struggling as a family, there is still a long way to go but we know he is safe, tried a lot of other services and failed.

Our family would just like to thank the team so much for the care they gave to our mum who had terminal cancer. They were always professional, caring and understanding of her needs, also giving our dad the time of day when they came and greeted him each day with a smile. We would just like to say thank you so much for looking after our mum in the last few months it was greatly appreciated.

I would like to say that the manager/owner and everyone from the care team who looked after my mum with such professionalism couldn’t do enough for Mum, who had Alzheimer’s in the last stages, heart failure and COPD - she was on 24-hour oxygen. Mum was allocated her own night nurse from the agency, she was absolutely fantastic I’m sorry I cannot name her but they all know who she is. They are a young company, their manager is the best, she shows kindness and compassion to her clients and their family as well as her staff. Communication skills were of the highest standard. They all felt part of our family at the most difficult time in our lives and I cannot thank them or praise them enough. The manager made sure she was part of Mum's care regularly and she and a colleague were with me and Mum when she passed away. It shows they are human as there were tears as they left the house and passed my family coming in. I wish them all the best for a successful future.

We were so thankful that we used Green Star, the staff was very professional and they were so good with my mum who was dying of cancer. They were friendly and caring, they were always cheerful and willing to go the extra mile. They were also great with my dad who is struggling with his memory. We really appreciate all they did for them both.

The manager and her team have been wonderful looking after our friend. The manager made sure she was with her in her final moments, in the dark, lonely, early hours of the morning. What a wonderful, compassionate, caring lady she is - and the team too. Thank you so much for your unstinting efforts to make our friend’s final days and hours as bearable as possible.

Greenstar Health Care cared for my father during the last few weeks of his life, and as a family we will be forever grateful for the care and compassion shown to him by every carer. The manager of the team leads by example, very hands on and a frequent member of the care team that visited. It was clear that she has a wealth of experience, and is a wonderful example of how to care for someone with dignity and respect, values that are being instilled in the less experienced carers. I would highly recommend Greenstar as a care agency who really do care, and went out of their way to give my father the highest quality care despite the many challenges that his complex care presented.

I can't thank the team enough for their dedication towards my dad giving him fantastic end of life care, dad used to ask us when staff would be coming to give him personal care and also to support us (his family). Staff always used to put a huge smile on my dad's face he thought the world of the team. You made my dads short end of life perfect and I couldn’t of wished for anyone better. The day dad passed away, the team still came to wash dad and put him in new clothes handling him with the greatest of respect talking to him and telling him what she was doing like any other day. Tha manager was my dad's guardian angel, and we owe you the world. Thank you so much.

An excellent, professional and genuinely caring company. Every carer gave personalised attention, creating a bespoke package. The manager and her staff were friendly and supportive in all aspects during a very sensitive time. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

I consider myself very fortunate to have discovered this care company, which is everything one could wish for. They have set an extremely high standard for all aspects of care at my home. All the staff have been "as good as gold", and I am truly grateful for all they do.

Greenstar has given my father superb care from the start. Their care has been sympathetic and sensitive, whilst maintaining a convivial rapport with my father. The care has been undertaken with a sense of humour which has rubbed off with my dad; he now laughs and jokes with the carers, and there is plenty of banter going on. Greenstar has been totally reliable and flexible; we have had to occasionally change the timetable, sometimes at short notice, but Greenstar have fitted around our wishes without any fuss. We would thoroughly recommend Greenstar Health Care.

All the staff were lovely; they had a caring and kind attitude at all times. Mum soon got used to them all and had many a laugh with them. They were very thorough at their work and very helpful. Always on time and did everything and more in the time allocated to them.

Greenstar Health Care are an excellent care company. They have been coming to my grandparents since March 2020. The care and compassion and professionalism that all staff show is outstanding. My grandfather passed away in June and the staff were fantastic with my grandad and me and my sister and grandma. In my opinion, they are what a care company should be they are outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We were very pleased with the wonderful staff and service with this excellent company. Can't thank them enough for all the excellent work they did with taking care of a very ill person. We would definitely recommend this company.

My father was fast-tracked eleven weeks ago. The district nurses suggested this company (horrendous experience with the previous company). I was hesitant at first with it being a new company (although highly trained staff, I was to find). I was worrying for absolutely no reason. We literally feel in ‘safe hands’ and there is always good communication between my father and family, particular with my fathers care needs fluctuating. They are always thinking of my father’s needs and the personality of the carer to suit him. Our current main carers are outstanding, the care is second to none. He is monitored all of the time to prevent a deterioration in his condition, nothing is too much trouble for the carer, my father is always their priority. Most of the carers have been amazing. The peace of mind this gives my family knowing that a loved one is safe and extremely well looked after is priceless. We feel very fortunate to have this service. Thank you so much indeed.

Fantastic company. When looking after my terminally ill dad, not only did their show patience, kindness and understanding but were a huge support to me when going through such a difficult time, which has made such a huge difference to my dad and families lives. All carers are a real credit to the owner who goes above and beyond her job to make sure you get the right care and is so supportive.

Dad as been very unwell for some time now. We had a different care company, but to be truthful the level of care and continuity were very poor. When Dad was fast-tracked the district nurse recommended a different company as they knew what a horrendous time we had. Greenstar are amazing. The lady who runs it makes sure she employs people who care. Her standards are very high, which is great especially when your dad is at end of life. They have made these last three months run as smoothly as possible and for that, I will be eternally thankful.
