Initially, the team at Apollo Care (Chester) provided a companionship package for my mother (who suffers from dementia) when my father was in the hospital. They look after both my parent who has a care package each to support their individual needs. The team are smartly dressed, professional, excellent timekeepers and aware of health and safety wearing full PPE at all times. They are very caring with great personalities. My parents enjoy their company and having a laugh with them. The management organised 'blister' packs for their medication and contact me with regular updates. I would personally like to thank the team for the help and support they provide me during this difficult month. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Apollo Care (Chester).

I am pleased I have the opportunity to express how happy and assured I am that Apollo Care (Chester) continues to offer their person-centred approach when supporting my mum. The carers have lovely personalities and maintain healthy boundaries, whilst sharing humour and compassion. They are excellent with medication and the various needs Mum requires, up to date with admin and responsive.

I have witnessed the carers looking after my sister. They are very caring and support my sister. They maintain healthy care and are very pleasant very and very neat and tidy. My sister has a good relationship with them.

Very professional approach. Comprehensive assessment. Documentation complete and easy to understand. Communication is excellent. Went above and beyond at short notice. Highly recommended.

Apollo Care was absolutely fantastic and a godsend when I was nursing my mother in her final weeks at home. They were friendly, very professional and a reassuring presence during a very difficult time. They were efficient with paperwork, medicines etc, but most importantly, they were kind and sympathetic and very helpful with suggestions for getting further support from medical and social workers. I would highly recommend them.
