I have found carers to be professional when supporting my dad in the home. They always treat him with respect and make sure he understands what they are doing with him. I am confident in the care given by the team and feel happy and secure knowing that my dad is in safe hands.

The carers support my mum in her own home. The team have been fantastic with everything they do. Mum enjoys seeing all the different people and enjoys the chats. Thank you for all the hard work really appreciate the help.

Mum was diagnosed with cancer in March and passed away in April. Prior to that mum had Multiple Sclerosis for 30 years and had several care companies visit her in the home. But 'Your Choice Care and Support' exceeded the standard of any of the others. The professional and friendly way they approached the whole family was incredible. Mum said that when she knew she needed palliative care at home she was glad it was 'Your Choice' as she trusted them and knew they would take care of her.

A very caring group of staff who looked after my mother-in-law. Treated her with respect and were very thoughtful, would definitely recommend. A professional service with friendly staff. Plymstock team, Your Choice Care.

Your Choice were the care company for my Mum for 18 months and were fantastic. They treated my Mum with dignity, respect, care and kindness. My Mum always sang their praises. During the last two weeks of Mum's life they went above and beyond to make sure they were not only there for Mum but also the family. My Mum felt safe and their care enabled her to fulfil her wish of passing away peacefully at home with her family. I cannot recommend Your Choice enough.

I travelled over from New Zealand to visit my mum, I am literally blown away by the amazing care that the staff have given my mum, they are so kind and friendly and communicate with her so well, it really is such a blessing that without the help my mum would be in a care home, because of the wonderful work they all do allows my mum to live in her home with all her belongings around her. Thank you.

The care team that visits my great-granddad are very nice. It is so nice to see how he interacts with them and is always happy when then they come to help him. they always do their best to help him live his life as best as he can at home.

The team at Your Choice Plymouth has provided a continuing high level of care for my elderly Aunt (93) for over 3 years. She receives 4 visits a day which provide a comprehensive care package, meeting all her needs, even in the short space of time they are allocated. Their dedication has meant that my Aunt has been transformed from being entirely bed-bound to now getting out of her bed, sitting in her chair, and enjoying a far better standard of life as a result. As I live up country, I cannot attend anything as much as I would want, so to know that she is being so well cared for is a great comfort. They liaise with me frequently on all matters and keep me informed. I am indebted to the senior carer and his team for their dedication and hard work.

My sister, being a carer herself, was very happy with the care she received from the team. A lovely rapport was built between my sister and the carers, she always spoke to the family about her conversations and laughter with the team. Not only did the team look after my sister but they really looked after the whole family in my sister's last few weeks. I would 100% recommend the team to anyone in need of very hard-working, kind and compassionate carers.

My mother-in-law has late-stage dementia and is bedbound; she has been cared for by this company for a couple of months now. She is treated with respect and dignity by all of the carers that come to visit her and has a rapport with them; I would even go as far as to say that she looks forward to their visits. She visibly brightens up when they come in to see her and listens intently when she talks about her younger days. In addition, the carers have been great with all members of the family, letting us know if they have any concerns and reminding us that they are not only there to care for my mother-in-law but, and I'm sure that this is outside of their remit, they provide a sounding block for any anxieties that we have as a family. The carers who attend to her have, in a short space of time, become more like friends than carers. A first-class service that I cannot fault. Many thanks from all of the family to all your fabulous team.

Overall very pleased with our carers, although it's only been a week we are impressed with the standard of care and also how friendly they all are. Management was very helpful and easily able to contact out of hours.

This care company was my excellent choice over 2 years ago. I have received first-class service from various carers 3 times a week since then. Recently I have the luxury of 2 carers who have become friends and have never let me down. They often do little jobs outside their remit - all within the half-hour allotted. I am 91 years old.

The care my dad gets from the company is amazing. They always listen to him and help him meet his needs. If we didn't have the carers in to help, I dont know what we would do. Everyone is friendly and funny, and I wouldn't want to change a thing. Great people and great company.

My experience with Your Choice Care & Support staff is that it is more than just a job to them. They are kind, thoughtful and considerate to my mum, always making time to have a chat about the old days with her and making her laugh, which I believe is a very important part of the role, along with the caring aspect.

What a company. I have been absolutely amazed and we are thankful for the kindness, diligence and respect that has been show. All of the staff have been so amazing and the attention to detail is beyond any care company we have used previously. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for all that you do!
