The staff at Senacare are friendly, cheerful people who are always willing to help - no job is too small for them. They are reliable and give good advice. The carers who visit me a regular basis know the lay-out of my home and it's contents and so often anticipate my needs. I find their daily visits comforting.

I find Senacare carers to be very reliable. As someone who relies on them to get in and out of bed that is very important to me. They are very caring and thoughtful. I am very pleased with the service.

Carers are polite, efficient, kind, caring and considerate of service users' needs. They are prompt and time keeping is good, staying the required time. The management always listen to any concerns and are prompt to act. They are approachable and polite. Would recommend Senacare to anyone.

We are very satisfied with the service we receive. Daily my husband is got up and washed. When I returned from a stroke, Senecare ensured I was well looked after. The staff are very capable and caring. We appreciate regular meetings with the managers. Issues are discussed and concerns addressed. We have used this service for well over a year and are happy with this. Staff wear uniform and on appropriate occasions face masks. They are professional and are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.

I have had excellent service from Senacare. The carers are really empathetic and never make me feel like a patient. I enjoy my interactions with them and the conversations break my quiet day. They have been very good when I have been unwell and always make sure I am comfortable and have everything I need before leaving.
