From the start we found the care and compassion to be excellent. Relationship with carer was easy and all needs were and are completed with full satisfaction.

I cannot tell you how grateful we are to the wonderful caregivers who visit my mum on a daily basis. My mum was not altogether welcoming to the idea - and can be difficult - but the team have persevered, offering support and assistance in a discreet and dignified way, whilst providing hugely vital mental and emotional support to my dad. Mum has now begun to seek the carers out to ask when she needs help, which is a major step forward. The daily notes from the carers are so helpful to us - being some distance away - and we really feel they go the extra mile to brighten up both mum's and dad's days. I cannot recommend Right at Home enough.

In September 2024 my wife's dementia had reached a stage where she was refusing to shower or wash her hair. I tried offering help and encouragement but she would not co-operate. At this stage I sought help and contacted RightAtHome because of their excellent ratings. The carers come (usually singly) for one hour each day at 7 a.m. This time is important because my wife will not wait any longer before wanting to get dressed. They treat her with dignity and respect and offer plenty of encouragement and praise and obviously do not force her to do anything against her will. Over the course of a couple of weeks they were able to get her back to co-operating and she now showers each day and frequently has her hair washed. The carers also clean up the bathroom and do a quick hoover over the lobby, kitchen and hall floors. They also check if there is anything else I need doing. I certainly appreciate the progress that has been made.

We are delighted with the care our mum receives from Right at Home. The initial meeting with a member of staff focussed on building rapport and understanding Mum's needs. She was then matched with excellent caregivers. We like the fact that each visit is a minimum of an hour long so that time is spent offering companionship as well as care. Communication via the app is thorough and support from/contact with the office is efficient and swift. They respond well to changes in scheduling and care needs. I would heartily recommend Right at Home.

I'm so glad I found Right at Home to help with caring for my neighbour. They have been invaluable with enabling her to stay in the comfort of her own home. We worked together over the past few years, caring for my neighbour as she needed more help. I was able to get time away, knowing that my neighbour was in the best hands and that I could rely on her caregivers to pass on any changes or concerns. I was always reassured and kept up to date with the visits via the app. Right at home were always able to adjust to changes in need, and when more visits were needed, this was arranged very efficiently. My neighbour made many new friends through their visits, which was important as she was housebound, and had previously enjoyed catching up with people in town. I felt that we both benefitted immensely from getting care and support from Right at Home. They are so versatile to your needs, and I would always recommend them.

Been having two carers come visit my Brother in law now for 18 months, best thing we have done! He enjoys their visits and they check on him for me which is a relief. When he ended up in hospital for a week, one of the staff members done her visit to him there which he enjoyed. I love the way I can read about the visits and know what they have done and how he is on the app. It's a great service and I would certainly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

All the staff are friendly, they've really taken the time to get to know me. They have managed to adapt to my routine really well, allowing me to continue to access my activities in my local community and pursue an active lifestyle.

I fully recommend the team at Right at Home. A professional company who provide a very caring and respectful service. My uncle was 'matched' with a carer and this continuity has provided him with a very positive experience. Where he was initially apprehensive, he is now very at ease with the assistance. Communication with the friendly and helpful office staff is always very good.

Both my caregivers are always professional and easy to get on with however we also have a laugh.. They are always on time. As we.. as helping me they also take the pressure off my husband by washing the floors, hoovering and hanging out the washing. Your service is worth every penny.There is nothing that I would change.

Outstanding support when client was very poorly during this period. Support continues and very happy with the care being provided. The client is happy with the friendly and supportive service provided. Gives me peace of mind knowing the level of care provided is excellent. Customer Service is great. The care provided to my Mother is excellent. All of the carers do a wonderful job. Which gives me and my family peace of mind, and has allowed my Mother to remain in her own home. The company has also helped me get extra cover at quite short notice for a not very sociable time.

We have been really pleased with the service from Right at Home - our Mum is not the easiest to deal with as her Alzheimers has made her very aggressive - and the carers do a great job in these difficult circumstances. We get detailed daily reports from the carers - my Dad who was previously trying to cope on his own has found it invaluable and it gives us peace of mind that he has some great help.

We have found the staff and carers to be friendly and helpful, conscientious and hard-working. They make a big difference to my parents in Felixstowe. The carers visit to help several hours per week on a regular basis and Right at Home is very flexible in arranging extra hours where required. Many thanks to everyone at Right at Home Ipswich.

My mum was so pleased with the help she received caring for my father. Mum and I feel like a weight has been lifted off our shoulders knowing that somebody is coming in to help. We were pleased with the way things were put into place very quickly and efficiently.

Signed up with Right At Home six months ago when we were badly let down by a previous carer. Talk about chalk and cheese! From the initial email, when they suspected something was wrong and offered help if it was needed, to present day the service offered by all at Right At Home has been exemplary. It was hard for Mum to adjust to new carers and it took her a while to settle into a new routine, but the patience and kindness of everyone at Right has been second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Right At Home.
