A particular member of staff visited my Aunt prior to care starting. The service was professional, the staff member listened and made the service very person-centred my Aunt was at the centre of all decisions made. She was available with any concerns and adjusted the service accordingly. There was a follow-up review to check how things were going and telephone calls. The staff were professional and kind especially Honey who was exceptional with my Aunt. We as a family would highly recommend Vitality sadly my aunt's needs meant following a respite period full-time care was the best for her personally. Great service from a team that listened and cared.
The carers that visit me are cheerful and efficient and I enjoy seeing them. The company has never let me down by not turning up. The carers are very easy to deal with and always carry out my requests. On the few occasions I have had a query or problem, the manager has responded quickly and efficiently.
Vitality Home Health responded quickly and sympathetically when we needed to arrange help for Mum when she came out of respite care to return home after an earlier fall. We felt listened to and understood and our options were clearly explained. Mum has carers three times a day to help her wash and dress, supervise her medication and prepare meals. They are very good with her and happy to help with things like hoovering, putting the weekly wash on and putting the bins out for her. A full record of every visit, including a photo of her meal, is uploaded in real-time to their computer system and we have been given access to view this. It is very reassuring to know how she is. We would certainly recommend this service to anyone needing care.
We have found Vitality Health very kind, compassionate and very understanding with all the needs for Mum, there’s always someone on hand to help when we’ve had questions or require extra help. Vitality Home Health (Sevenoaks) have been really great with organising live-in care for my dad whose Parkinsons had become very difficult to manage. They have spent a great deal of time getting to know him, what he likes and needs for his care from a medical, physical and social side. They have lifted his spirits and his overall well-being has been so much better.
I used Vitality live-in care to give me a respite break. I found the whole process of engaging with Vitality Home Care straightforward and really helpful in their listening and answering my questions. They supported me through the plan of what was required. Their needs-led assessment of care was outstanding in looking at all aspects of care delivery. This is my first experience of having a live-in person to take over my duties and to trust to look after my dear husband! The carer was excellent. My home and his care continued very much as if I was there, so impressed. My husband was delighted with his care and loved the food his carer cooked. She was polite, kind and respectful. The staff were prompt, efficient, kind and fully trained. They also had time to talk to my husband when I wasn't there so he didn't feel lonely.

Our carer was excellent. Kind, attentive and very much wanting to please. My mum enjoyed having her around and she said that nothing was too much trouble for her. The whole experience with Vitality was brilliant from start to finish, the pre-care, the communications and the standard of care generally. One area for possible training for the carer was around the preparation of meals - happy to elaborate if required.

I found the process of engaging Vitality Home Health very straight forward. All my questions were answered clearly, and there was never a problem if I needed things explained more than once. This is the first time I have had to employ outside help for my mother, and I felt very comfortable with Vitality from the start. In spite of the current restrictions, Mum was happy with the startup procedures and is very happy with the ladies who attend to her. When I recently had to cancel some visits, due to Mum being hospitalized, the staff at Vitality were very understanding and took the time to ask if I was alright, which was very comforting, and reassures me that Mum will be well looked after by the staff. When the time comes, I know there will be no problem in increasing the visits Mum needs, and I know those needs will be met. I am happy to recommend Vitality Home Health to anyone needing to employ help for their family or friends.
Very pleased we found Vitality Home Health for my mother who is in assisted living accommodation in Rockdale, Sevenoaks before the Covid-19 outbreak. The carers are excellent as is the back up from the staff at the Otford office who I know I can ring at any time, even on their mobile phones, with any requests and I know they will also keep me and my family informed should any problems arise. It is also reassuring to know that there is a doctor available to do video health assessments by carers' telephones when needed and who also has phoned myself, as a Power of Attorney for Mum, to check up that all is well with her and will continue to do so regularly. All in all, we couldn't have found a better company to provide care.
We chose Vitality for specific reasons - firstly they listened to our problems, they treated Mum and Dad with respect and dignity, they helped us with the myriad of twists and turns of the social care system and it’s processes, they understood the worry myself and my brother faced and lastly because they focus heavily towards dementia and Alzheimer’s. To date, in short, we haven’t regretted our decision one bit. They have been so kind and caring. They have guided us throughout and we can see a marked improvement to the lives of Mum and Dad who both couldn’t speak higher of Vitality. Every time we have a question or a concern they are both attentive and responsive. There have been times where Mum needed a doctor’s help which during this lockdown period would have proved difficult at best and dangerous at worst. However, their resident GP was quick to respond to Mum via a video call. The technology they use is incredibly helpful, especially for my brother who lives far away.
Fantastic company! My dad is extremely happy with the carers that go into him and it gives me the relief that he is cared for properly and able to stay in his own home independently. I would recommend, if anyone is looking for an outstanding company to go to.
I cannot praise Vitality Home Health enough. They supported my grandmother out of hospital and back into her own home. Being in her own home means the world to her, and to be able to be cared for to such a high standard at home is a huge relief for me and my family. During this whole COVID situation, Vitality has offered additional support and a lot of reassurance, which as again it’s a huge relief for my family as we cannot see her.
