My mother sadly passed away at the hospice on Wednesday where she had been for 6 weeks and prior to that in and out of hospital. Before this she had carers calling twice a day from Care Confidence. This family run business is so very caring even when mum was no longer having them to her home they kept in touch to see how she was. I would advise anyone who is looking for someone professional and caring to look after their loved ones to use Care Confidence. They are also looking after my father in law who is 101 and absolutely loves their visits to his house. Without them my mother and father in law would have had a very different experience as they come towards the end of their lives. I cannot praise them enough for their professional and caring attitude.

I don't know where to start with thanking you all for the amazing care and support that has been given to my mum I have never met such a kind caring and yes even loving group of people you should walk with your halos held high. Nothing was a problem for you all just smiled and hugged and made everything right, I am honoured to have met you if anyone asks my advice for care and support at home then I will 100% be passing your names on I cannot say thank you to you enough you are all amazing.

Honestly, they’ve been great. As a family we have 2 parents with dementia who care and confidence look after us. We do want the best care for our parents, and we certainly get it from the manager's team in difficult circumstances. It’s a very tough illness to manage and they do their best. They’re a lovely team. As a recruiter, to hear how the staff respects and likes the boss means there’s a good culture and ethos to the business. We appreciate everything they do. They also take on our feedback and regular requests without complaint. Thanks so much.

I got care confidence for my dad who is 89 and has Parkinson’s. My dad settled well with the carers and they were all lovely and very professional. My dad got well looked after. The man who runs the company is also lovely and no matter what I asked him to do nothing was too much trouble. He was also very professional in the way he dealt with things. Unfortunately, my dad has had to go into a care home so we no longer require the services of care confidence but I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Big thank you to the manager and the team.

Dad was always happy with the professional, friendly and supportive team of Care Confidence Home Care. As his daughter, they gave me peace of mind when I was unable to be with Dad. Dad sadly passed in October 2023, but I know he was grateful for that support enabling him to stay at home. Highly trusted and recommended - Care Confidence Home Care were the best support for my dad and can be for your loved ones too.

Care Confidence Home Care was highly recommended to us by friends in a similar situation. Mum had been diagnosed with mixed dementia and was very unsteady on her feet, her health was also declining. After a sudden decline and a three-week stay in hospital, we realised that we would need carers if we were to keep Mum at home with her husband of sixty-five years. As a family, we all wanted to keep Mum at home and if possible, not in a nursing home. The owner/manager of Care Confidence visited us at home with Mum to discuss her needs and requirements. A care plan was tailored to include personal care, aid mobilisation/hoist, administer medication. They were the practical requirements but I must highlight the kindness, empathy and respect given to Mum by the owner/manager and every carer of the team. Mum was 'talked' to and shown 'dignity' every visit which put her at ease and built up a friendship which was so lovely for us to see. Care Confidence gave us the help we needed to give Mum a happy quality of life.

We joined Care Confidence Home Care in July 2022, we were looking for personal care and companionship for our son. We found everything that we wanted and more with this company. Not only are the carers fantastic but the company itself is amazing, the owner is always at the end of the phone and no matter the situation will always try and find the solution to any issue. One main point about this company is that the owner will actually do client visits himself and is very hands-on. This is something that we never had with any previous care companies. Our son is a wheelchair user plus his medical conditions mean that food is an issue for him, however with the carers, they always ensure that his food is right for him and safe for him to eat. Our son is more relaxed, happy and willing to try new things and places since he has been cared for by Care Confidence. This means our family is happy knowing that he is the company's priority and he is completely safe with them. I would highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the care that has been provided for my grandma since her care started only a few weeks ago. My grandma was not sure at first as she is a very independent lady and likes things done her way, the carers have been so patient, caring and understanding with her and she has taken to them so well now! My grandma loves seeing her carers now and even enjoys singing and dancing with them in the mornings which is lovely to read on the app while I am at university! I would recommend Care Confidence Home Care and their manager to anyone in need of support with their loved ones. 10/10!

Excellent service allowing Mum to stay in her own home. Carers help Mum with personal care and some housework. Family have access to an app which allows carers to leave notes for the family. In twelve months we have not had a missed visit and no issues when we have needed to cancel as long as notice has been given.

Reliable, professional, trustworthy and compassionate in everything they did to support my mother, whilst keeping her dignity and independence at all times. Care Confidence Home Care have provided care and support for my mum since October 2021 when they stepped in to provide two care visits a day following time in hospital and her previous care provider couldn't continue providing it. Mum's mobility was reduced in May by a back problem and, at short notice, Care Confidence provided an additional visit each day. Their service has been invaluable to Mum and to me. Mum loved getting to know the staff who were attentive to her needs. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the carers or management. It's time now for Mum to make more new friends in the care home she's now gone into.

I needed help when I returned from holiday with six fractures from a sudden fall down a flight of stairs. I live alone and was unable to dress unaided or prepare meals for myself. I was fortunate therefore to secure the services of the manager and his staff who were exemplary in their care. I can honestly say that they became friends in a very short space of time. Though they were needed for only a month, their help was a crucial factor in my recovery and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and in using their services again in the future.

Care Confidence Home Care had been visiting my elderly father in his own home for four months until recently when, following a spell in hospital, his care needs increased significantly and we reluctantly decided to move him into a residential care home. I can honestly say that from the outset the service we received from Care Confidence has been second to none. The owner of the company and his team were absolutely brilliant in dealing with Dad in a compassionate and dignified manner and their dedication to the job and their clients was plain to see. Being able to keep track of Dad’s visits through the app was much appreciated and any queries or concerns we had were fully answered and addressed directly in a timely and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Care Confidence for the excellent service they provide.

Would very much recommend this company. They were really speedy in helping my dad out after a hip operation, even though it was Christmas/New Year. They did a very respectful but thorough assessment of how he was doing when we contacted them and then gave him really good support whilst he got back in action after his operation. Would definitely use them again.

I honestly do not know where to start or how to express how grateful I am to the manager and all the staff at Care Confidence Home Care for all they did for my dad during the last seven months of his life. The biggest concern for Dad was the carers he would have, he had a bad experience in Hull and this was giving him great apprehension about accepting the care he required. Within a few days of Dad arriving, he began to settle into his new home so well, a big part of this was thanks to the amazing support and care he was receiving from Care Confidence staff. They were always a call away, kept me fully updated with any changes in Dad's health or daily activities. They gave Dad hope, confidence, company and always had a listening ear when he needed it most. As a nurse myself, I have worked in many care settings and also managed care agencies. I can honestly say, I have never met such hardworking, dedicated, professional, caring staff as the Care Confidence staff.

The manager and his team of carers have been doing a wonderful job in caring for my father in his home for the last six months. Dad’s care needs have changed during this time but the manager has managed to adapt to the care needs as required and has been able to respond at short notice when needed. Having had no experience of employing carers until earlier this year and hearing some negativity of care companies, I feel fortunate in choosing Care Confidence Home Care and can recommend them without hesitation.

Mum has slowly been getting more frail and this culminated in a bad fall when the paramedics were needed. We sorted out careline and rearranged the house to make it easier. Mum is 87 but fiercely independent and has full mental capacity. Lockdown made it easy for us to go down each day and spend some time with her but we knew this wouldn't last. I had three companies come up to speak to Mum. Care Confidence impressed the most as they asked Mum what she would like them to do for her, what she wanted and needed. It was a big step for Mum but she now looks forward to the ladies coming to see her each day. I prepare meals in batches and the carers just need to follow the cooking instructions. They hoover, iron, clean, make the bed and even do Mum's hair. They chat to her and Mum has gotten to know them and all about their families. While Mum is still frail it is amazing just how much more positive she is now and what began as an "If I must" has become an integral and positive part of her life.

Very happy with this company. Carers are all nice and very obliging. Nothing is too much of an ask and they make me feel very comfortable. They provide not only physical care but help me with any other jobs and tasks I need them to do. I look forward to my carers coming to visit me, even just for the good conversations and the laughs that we have. This company is also really good for fitting around my hospital appointments. Nothing seems to be too much of an ask. Ten out of ten service!

Care Confidence do everything they say they will when they say they will and that consistency is key. They stay in good communication with me and I like the visit updates I get via the app - crucial as I can't travel because of lockdown. They treat my dad with respect and manage his care well.

If I could leave more than 5 stars for the care my dad is receiving, I would. The manager has tailored my dad's care package to include a late, night time call which is what I was struggling to find. This company fit around the client and give the most amazing professional care. I now have peace of mind knowing my dad is getting so well looked after when I'm not there. I have so much confidence in the manager and would recommend anyone to use this company.
